Just Terrible
At a glance the room was as described and spacious. We then immediately realized it was just as cold inside (48 degrees fahrenheit) as it was outside. The heater was off and all the windows had been left open (apparently for a few days). After an hour of waiting for the room heater to catch up the front desk agreed to bring us a space heater. Heat problem solved. The bed was the correct size and comfortable but the comforter had burn holes (non-smoking room) and the blanket was literally in tatters. We opted to continue heating the room to a tropical temperature to allow us to sleep with the sheet alone. When we were ready to go to sleep we realized to our misfortune that our room was directly across from the main road. Normally not a big deal but the paper thin walls and single pane window made sure it sounded like we were sleeping under an I-5 overpass. If all you need is a good place to sleep look elsewhere.

Good Last minuet hotel
Only stayed one night for the firework show, best hotel out of the ones that were left on such a short notice, diffently would stay there again if in the same short notice. The only I didn't like was the the fact that I could hear children baning on the doors in the upper level but they stopped at a decent hour. The free breakfast was alright no complaints, and the location was great. Got a room right in front easy access to the road.

The hotel in on the south side of town but drive north into town less than a 1/2 mile there's plenty on dinning.

Restfull
Part of a group of motorcyclists on tour; apparently some of them had been here before. The room was plain but clean. I was hoping for a hot tub after riding a bike all day, but there was none. What I did appreciate though was a comfortable bed, and quiet. I slept well and isn't that the point? The location was good, not really central to anything but a park was close by (on the ocean) and there were several nice restaurants on adjacent properties. Thought the price was a little high for this level of motel, but relative to other motels nearby, this was a value deal. Staff was courteous and fast, didn't have to wait at desk, they were ready for me. Only real complaint I have was a weak shower, had to turn around 20 times to get wet!

Dissappointed
Price was great, room was awful!!
We were not informed prior to visit that there was a "pet size" requirement. Had to request a change of sheets, as there was hair in the bed! Refrigerater made loud noise all night---had to unplug it. Door next to our room had a terrible, loud squeak that could have been fixed easily. (woke us up way too early!)
