Has the feeling of "we keep it clean, but not much else." Nothing is done to make the stay special or out-of-the-ordinary. The "included" free breakfast buffet is.....well, sad. Also, given what it offers, and that I was there off-season, not really a bargain.

We had a happy to stay at this hotel. I'd read reviews about noise at the front rooms, and so requested a rear room. The desk clerk situated us at the back for quiet, and it was just fine. The wall insulation was pretty good, so we were not disturbed. The room was all over clean and fresh smelling. The beds were VERY comfortable. We appreciated the amenties too, especially the dry sauna, and the laundry. Internet access was fine. The desk clerk was knowledgable about the Redwoods too, and advised us regarding the best locations. Complimentary breakfast was OK at the adjoining restaurant, though not great. Compared to the other hotels, the little extra we paid was well worth it.

comfortable location to visit Redwoods
We used Norhtwoods Inn as a starting point to visit the Giant Redwoods (on my bucket list!) Good location, not much to do in town, although Ocean World was an enjoyable afternoon. Our room was kept clean by good staff. Breakfast buffet is included, but got to be repetitive since we went every morning for a week.

Short walk from hotel
Each vacation, I buy a photo album locally for that particular vacation's photos. I looked at every park gift shop. No luck. Finally we went to Ocean World: best gift shop in the area! I finally found several photo albums. Mystery of the Trees shop had good variety, but is overpriced.

It was a nice stay
The hotel was ok. The room was fine and the bathroom ok. The rooms towards the street are quite noisy. The breakfast was very good.

Very Welcoming!
The staff at the hotel was very welcoming and helpful. I love the room because it was comfortable and accessible. Breakfast was served at the Northwoods Inn restaurant and was very tasty. The only complaint I had was that the people above us walked very loudly and were noisy in the middle of the night and when they woke up.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and fresh smelling. Carpet was clean. Great spa. Will definetly stay here again Great hot breakfast buffet included

Pleasant Visit
An average stay. Clean and location was convenient to many local attractions. My biggest disappointment was when I found at check-in that their rate was $13/night cheaper than through Cheap Tickets. I should have called them directly.

Very conviently located
The Best Western Northwoods Inn was very comfortable. Our room was clean and a good size. The staff was very friendly and helpful and provided us with useful information when we asked them about places to go in town. It was located across from the Marina and close to places to go in town. We went to the resturant and lounge there and the food and drinks were good and well priced. They gave large portions of food. They also had a free breakfast there the next morning for the guests of the hotel.
