Wedding/hotel

I booked there because of a wedding that I was involved in. The hotel not only offered me a bigger room but upgraded my access to the executive lounge. They also have a Starbucks in the lobby and are centrally located. It's a great stay.

Very enjoyable

Located in a perfect location since we planned on going to a few neighboring cities. There was a wedding and I was skeptical of noise since they were on the Exec floor with me, but it was very peaceful. The room was very relaxing and clean. There are no complaints when it comes to staying here.

Work in Progress

The Hilton brand is one I've stuck with for their professionalism, cleanliness, and service. When staying at this hotel they failed to inform that the entire conference area is under renovations. Therefore coming in from certain parking levels can be confusing and smelly. The room was nice and clean, bed very comfortable. But the shower was just OK, had to pull the water on and it felt like I was pulling the pipe through the wall. Staff was very nice and comped my parking for the iron leaving gunk on my shirt. Nothing special but could get there with some focus.

Great dining places down the street at the Lab and the Camp. And the South Coast Plaza mall is close by with more places to eat and shop!

Pleasantly surprised.

This hotel was more upscale than I had expected. Considering the price I paid through the online discount travel company I believe I got a good deal.

Self park your car next time

The actual stay was nice. The rooms are very consistent with most Hiltons I have stayed at. Comfortable beds and nice TV's, a must for me. Staff was pretty pleasant. Very disappointed to find out at checkout that I was being charged $26 a day to valet my car. When I checked in this was not mentioned. I was only asked if I was self parking my car or if I was going to valet it. I must have dropped an easy $40 tipping valets as I was in and out for 2 days. I am used to valeting a car somewhere for the price of a tip. Maybe I am too accustomed to Vegas. Outside of the $90 I spent in parking for 2 days the hotel met my expectations.

Loved This Hotel!

When I opened the door I was greeted by the most wonderful smell. I'm not sure what cleaning products they use, but it smelled like springtime in bloom. The room was well-appointed. I love the dual separated vanities in the bath room, and the bed was luscious. VERY impressed and happy I chose it.

Bad Hilton Experience

We were upset with our stay at this Hilton. We stayed for 2 nights on the executive floor so we can get access to breakfast in the central lounge. The lounge requires room key to open it. However, our key expires on the 2nd day. We asked the staff around the lounge for help but they replied "we don't have key for that". They are not helpful at all. Well, the lucky thing is that it can still open the room door! Another issue that hits me is that there's NO HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE! When we returned to our room on the second night, everything stayed the same. We called the staff for new towels and learned that they did the last check around at 4pm. Since we took off our "DO NOT DISTURB" sign at 12pm, I have no idea how they checked for housekeeping... Btw the overnight parking is $21. Overall, I will not come back to this Hilton any more.
