Weaknesses
Restaurant was extremely overpriced. Would never take a family there. Menu needs to be altered, at least for lunch, to include more family and children's fare. The hotel was extremely cold. The automatic front door kept the lounge area to cold to use. Poor hotel design. Parking fees were ridiculous.

comfortable hotel
The hotel was comfortable and staff were accessible and responsive. One thing I really liked was that the floor of the room was wood rather than carpet -less dust, less allergy issues. One thing to be aware of however is the $17 a day parking charge added to the room bill.

The Buckeye
A little disappointing
First appearances were very promising but then came the unexpected $17 per day parking charge, the uncomfortable bed, and the noise from the hallway and adjacent room during the night. Location was in a nice area and convenient. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Weekend wedding
I was there for a wedding and didn't know much of the area and I would have hoped that the hotel would have had a convinence store rather than just the mini bar. The room was beautiful and I loved the hardwood floors, but the beds could have been a little more comfortable.

Nice hotel but, needs some better perks.
The hotel and staff were great but, to not have free Wi-fi or any HD channels on a TV in 2012 is really disappointing. They need to get more with the times with technology. Other than that, I would totally recommend staying there.

Great reunion
Very good service and courtesy. Excellent staff. Parking charges is not a good idea, because there are other hotels in the area offered free parking. It will take a lot of customers away from your hotel. Best wishes,
