not bad for the money
we stated clearly when booking the room that we are none smokers. however, when we got there we spent the first night in a smoker's room, since this was the only one left. There must be some communication problems. We were able to switch to another room the other day though. Other features are pretty much what you would expect from a common motel.

Needs to be cleaner
Dust etc accumulated along floor boards and corners. Spots on the carpet. Outside, there were cigarette butts, paper, etc along the walk way.

Enjoyable stay...
First time staying here. Not a high end hotel but it was perfect for all that I needed. The only complaint I have is that the front entry door is not at all sound proof. Can easily hear people slamming doors, walking up and down the stairs, shouting across the halls, etc. The hotel is near the 5 freeway and in a decent area. Planning on staying here again.

not good, not clean, smell bad, not recommend
my 3 night was my worse in this hotel the room was dirty, smell bad and humidity. The don't set the bed very good, you have to do that yourself after them, dust, other people things and panty in the room It was my worse, worse best western hotel for the price , never never again not recommend

The room need to be updated it was on the older side of things. But overall it was a nice stay for a one night stay and a last minute plan to go out of town for the weekend.

I booked a king size bed with smoking and ended up in a 2 bed nonsmoking. The staff was not very helpful. I would not do this again.
