STAY AWAY!
this hotel should be imploded and start all over! This has got to be the very worst hotel I have EVER stayed in. I went for graduation ceremony in Chico and this is all that was left (even in Jan when I made reservaation). I asked for non-smoking (not that I think it would have mattered anyway) and got a smoking room. When we opened the door it was like walking into a casino - only worse. The smoke permeated everything. Towels were like papertowels. Didn't want to touch anything! Oh, and the blanket was dirty! I went to the store to buy long pjs so i wouldn't have to touch anything. This was totally roughing it. the room was totally grundge. Stay Away.

Beyond Disappointed
Embarrassed when I was given a room key to a room that was already occupied. No blow dryer, went to bed with wet hair Towels were below average size Noise from occupants above me - they were up all night.

Not again!
We asked for a non-smoking room, but they gave us a smoking room, which was putrid-smelling and stuffy. When I got home after the trip, all my belongings reeked of smoke. The bare minimum was provided. Two towels, a bar of soap, I would not recommend this place, as it was certainly not accomodating to the customer.

Over night
When I made the reservation I asked for a nonsmoking room. Not what we got. Smelled so strongly we asked for another room, not possible. They put a "ozone" machine in our room for 30 minutes to clear the smell out. That didn't touch the it. We had to sleep with the window open for the fresh air. Unfortunately we were next to the freeway which was noisy all night long. Not staying at this place again. Because it was a college town there were plenty of other hotels for next time.

Unfortunately guests next to me were having a domestic dispute. Police had already visited the hotel. Your staff were very understanding and move me to a room away from the trouble makers. The second night the fire alarm was not working and the late night staff showed me how to correct the problem and gave me a new battery. Turned a poor stay into a tolerable visit.

Room easily accessible from hwy 99. Bathroom was clean. Bed comfortable. Only wish there was a microwave and a frig.

Great for a cheap quick getaway!
Rooms a little small, but the prices are great! Staff is nice but there vending machines happened to be broke while i was there, no good for a thirsty person in the middle of the night! Overall i had a pleasnt stay Nd would go back again.

Not what I signed up for
I requested a non-smoking room but got a smoking room instead - complete with ashtray (Rm 219). I was also hoping for a microwave & refrigerator but no luck. However, when the people next door left and housekeeping was done cleaning, the curtains were pulled back and I noticed they had a micro and fridge! NOT FAIR
