Get the king Jacuzzi suite if it's available
I didn't like the room or d/t location that much last time I stayed, but Drew showed me the king/jacuzzi suite to keep in mind for my next visit. The suite was very large with every amenity, incl. 2 tv's, wet bar, micro, fridge, etc. and a jacuzzi tub that worked nicely. I never got up in time for the cont. brkfst, but enjoyed sleeping in! It was a great room, nicely decorated, comfy bed, and more space than I've ever seen in this type of star rating.

The Tin Roof bakery is a 1 min. walk and the hot spot of Chico, fantastic baked goods!

Great!!
We were just in town for one night with our children. The room was clean and nice. It had a refrigerator, microwave, iron, coffee maker and blow dryer. The front desk clerks in the morning and the evening were both very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Horrible
I booked a non smoking room with a roll away. We were given a smoking room and they didn't have any other rooms available. The clerk even said our rez was for nonsmoking but it's the last room he had available. When we got to the counter the roll away was an extra $20. Also the A/C went out over night and leaked water all over the room. If you stay here call and make sure they have your room reserved! Because making one online doesn't mean anything I guess

My second stay here and it was very good
We have stayed at this hotel twice now, and each time we were very pleased with our room and the front desk was very heplful. We would definetly stay here again.

showed up to hotel, and was told that rooms were filled and we didnt recieved a call from them at all they had booked us with their other hotel which was noisey, bed too hard to sleep on and most of all no jacuzzi which we were looking forward to when we made rsvp at heritage inn express The other hotel that they sent us to charged us the same rate,but wanted to charge us more for the jacuzzi which I think is bull,and not pleased at all

Rooms need to be upgraded specially carpets. Basin/vanity not in the bathroom but outside does not serve the purpose. My previous stay at a 2 star rating was better than this 4 star motel. I think it is deceptive to show more stars and charge higher but the overall quality of staying is lower here.

Great room, location and price!
Visiting family, this hotel was perfect for our stay. It is in the Downtown area, close to everything. Rooms are clean and ours included a refridgerator, microwave, ironing board and blow dryer. Continental breakfast in the AM before take off. AAA+++.

Location Friendly
The poeple at the front desk were very heplful with direction around town. We were in town to move our daughter into her dorm room and this hotel was very easly accessable to both Craigs Hall and Chico State.

Bidwell Park looked to be a great place to swim, jog our just relax under the trees.

Bridal Party
The hotel staff was great. I put in the wrong rate choice-my mistake completely-and the hotel honored it. Our Bridal party had a great time and were well rested for the wedding. Great walking distance to downtown Chico.
