Courtyard by Marriott Chico

The staff was not only personable, but they where all extremely nice and knowledgeable. The grounds where clean and the rooms where kept crisp and neat. My only dislike was the placement of my television. It was placed in a awkward angle from my bed however, the bed was very, very comfortable.

The hotel was clean, offered all the facilities one would want for a short stay, from a swimming pool to a well equipped gym. The only draw back i found was NO room service, other than that they were efficient, attentive and very pleasant.

The Hotel was great the rooms clean. The bathroom was very nice. One thing though....needs to allow pets! I am traveling on orders and I have my family with me. my family includes my cat.

We picked this hotel because I like Marriott brand hotels and we wanted something close to the college. I've never been disappointed by Marriott and this trip was no different. It was easy to find off the freeway, and the room was clean and comfortable. There is a little resturant and bar that's open til 10pm in the lobby in case you arrive late and are tired. Overall, this was a great place to stay.

The hotel location was perfect. I loved the fridge and snack availability at the counter. The environment in the lobby is very welcoming and the staff were very helpful and proud of their Chico.

We were impressed with this hotel and will return. Great staff and all the amenities we needed. Nice pool and fitness room.

This was a trip by one of my employees. I paid for the room through [...]. When my employee arrived they demanded a cash deposit or a credit card, neither of which he had. They would not let him stay, even though the room was paid for without a deposit. He called me, I called them they agreed to send me a form to fill out, I found a fax at one of my customers and set in front of it for a half hour. After 3 calls to them they decided there fax was broken. They went next door and faxed it. after waiting 45 minutes I got the fax. I faxed it back they never got it, because their fax was broken. GRRRRRR. My employee finally borrowed someone else' credit card and got checked in. Needless to say I will not send someone to this Marriott again!

I specifically picked the Courtyard as I was going to Chico to specifically visit the Sierra Nevada brewery. It is the closest hotel to the brewery. It was clean, quiet and had a nice shower. Didn't use any of the amenities except for grabbing cups of coffee in the lobby before heading out in the morning. Like I said, it's a Courtyard- I got what I expected.

Hotel staff are extremely friendly, and it was clean and had all the accommodations. Breakfast wasn't free; but it was cheep and very good. The workout area was small, but it wasn't crowded and I was able to get some cardio in.

We visited friends in the Chico area and this hotel was in a nice location, staff was friendly. It's near Sierra Neveda brewery, a 10 minute walk away. the only thing missing was a little fridge (looks like there used to be one, but they took it out).
