Great place just one little setback

The Resort was very very nice, the ambience was fantastic! the view from your patio was super excellent and so relaxing, the only discrepancy that I can mention would be that the shower head and the flow transfer from the bathtub to the showerhead was in need of some work at least in our room other than that the place was fantastic!

Comfortable but outdated

Our room was clean and comfortable but the hotel itself requires some major TLC. Although our rooms and the property overall were decent, the amenities were not. The pool, although quite deep for swimming, only had 3 small umbrellas, no where near enough for their guests. Their lounge chairs were old and falling apart and the pool bar was actually closed on Labor Day. Our room keys wouldn't work over half the time. The lobby did have a delicious cucumber and lemon infused water and the staff members at the front desk were courteous.

Great hotel

Experience was great - the only thing we found wrong at the hotel was the pool area - when I went in the pool, down the steps, I slipped on the top step and went down - I told the registration desk about my experience and suggested they put the skip tape on the steps as I have seen at other hotel pools. There was a lot of small kids playing in the pool at or near the steps and they could have slipped also.

It was ok.

When I first checked in to my, there was a spider dead on the ceiling. Thanks to the maid service. Then when the pool opened there were no towels and it took them an hour to bring them out, their in the dryer is what they said. Being a RESORT and charging RESORT FEES it's unacceptable!

Average, dated.

Average experience. This hotel was probably good in the 1980's but feels very dated now. Did not use golf course which might be good.
