Friendly staff, clean, comfortable, quiet, kid friendly. I would recommend West Inn to family and friends.

This may be a business hotel during the week, but on weekends it is a Legoland adjunct. We were please with the quality of everything, except the complimentary breakfast.

Perfect location for legoland and the beach. The hotel provided everything including beach toys and a shuttle to near-by attractions. The staff were top-notch and very friendly. Our kids loved the milk and cookies before bed! The pool was heated which was perfect for families.

A little concerned about possible noise with all the kids heading to Legoland but the hotel is well built with no noise issues (kids, freeway, or trains) while we were there. The staff is helpful and friendly, while the room was awesome.

The West Inn & Suites is a great hotel. Nice rooms..comfortable beds...nice amenities. Very pleasant staff. The breakfast is good, not gourmet, but pretty good for being included in the room rate. My son enjoyed the cookies and milk at night. The restaurants located on the property are A+, the Bistro West is very good, high quality food and Mondays and Wed. they have 1/2 price bottles of wine. This was a very family oriented hotel and I would recommend to families.

Good location - very close to Legoland, as seen by the number of families with SMALL children! Hotel was a zoo in the morning at the FREE continental breakfast, which was fine, but consistently carb oriented. Parents feel free to let their kids overtake the pool area and bring food into the pool and hot tub - can't blame the hotel for stupid parents, though! The rooms were decent sized and the beds and bathroom were good. Staff was attentive and pleasant to deal with. Overall good experience, but would not recommend to adults with teenage kids or adults traveling without children - unless, of course, you miss the pitter-patter of kids running down the hallway screaming with their parents laughing behind them or while they eat a foot away from you in the "relaxing" hot tub.

I loved their service like Happy hour and milk & cookies! But I just found out I have been charged twice on my credit card for the room. I should call tomorrow. But the hotel was great!

Excellent Staff & very nice accomodations food was Great, the beach is about 3 to 4 blocks from the hotel very easy freeway access about 2 miles from the town center.

There isn't much of a view from the hotel. It's a bit off by itself. But the location is close enough to everything and the hotel itself was awesome! If you like Pottery Barn style furniture then you'll love this place. No tropical bed spreads here! The free breakfast was very good and the pool was kept nice with towels, magazines and lemon water. The on-site steak restaurant I'd highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Our family especially enjoyed getting our day started with the (included) buffet breakfast. Also greatly appreciated were the warm cookies and milk before bed, very comfortably heated pool, supplies of beach towels and chairs, and comfortable room size with king beds and pillows. Even though it was close to a highway and commuter train, the attention to the building construction included double windows that very effectively dampened unwanted outside noise. The staff were very helpful in locating my son's favorite stuffed animal and mailing it to us after our departure!
