Nice and friendly
I rate this hotel a 31/2 star. Second time we have stayed, both times we arrived early and the front desk was very understanding and gave us a room. Rooms are clean and the staff is great. We visit family and friends, it is very centrally located for us.We had a very early check out and the night manager made sure we had coffee and food available before we left. Very nice touch. Looking forward to our next visit.

Off our list
Overall, the motel was adequate. We travel with our pets and have used Quality Inns before as they are pet friendly. The room was clean enough, however, the location of our room was rather noisy. We arrived early and hoped to check in an hour or so earlier than the 3:00 check-in time. Although I realize this is a courtesy, and didn't count on it, it was aggrevating when the room wasn't ready until 3:45. I encountered several other guests who were experiencing the same "service". Perhaps this Quality Inn needs to hire more service staff if the rooms can't be ready at check-in time. As a result of this experience, ALL Quality Suites are off our list of options when we travel. The location is very convenient and restaurants are nearby, but there are several other motel chains near by and they will be our choice when we return to the area

Certainly not a three star!
Please change the star from 3 to 2, maybe 1-1/2. Very noisy, next to freeway, old towels, will never to there again. Double beds, not queen. Only decent thing is the staff who were very nice. Had to wait until 4PM to get the room.

easy overnight for Legoland
Overnight with my son between two days at Legoland. Quick drive to and from. Soft bed, in-room fridge, good spread for breakfast. Only three things in fitness room, all badly maintained. Good free internet access.

Lego Guy
So-so lodging
Overpriced for what you get. The toilet ran all the time and the shower had a drip (I thought So. California was concerned about conserving water). They replaced the towels everyday even though it wasn't necessary. The in-room coffee is TERRIBLE! Stains on the carpet. No shuttle service to area attractions or the airport. As a plus it did have a reasonable laundry facility, which was very helpful. The staff were knowledgeable about the area and were helpful with arranging taxis.

Wonderful Family Getaway
The location of the hotel is great as it is very accessible to all location such Legoland, Sea World and Beaches. And right next to it there is this Japanese Tapanyaki store which have quite nice food.

We were all waken up too early by delivery trucks beeping as they backed up!! The "hot" breakfast was a real joke =(
