Great hotel for the money
The rooms were clean and the facility was in good shape. It was easy to get to with plenty of places to eat nearby. I'd definatly stay there again. It was well worth the money.

easy to get to from highway. clean and comfortable. very quiet even though near highway. decent breakfast...as those go. close to food options.

fantastic hotel location
good location for flower garden and lagoo land. Nice ground well kept. great breakfast but needs yogurt. hot tube was clean pool also but coud not swim it was cold they said it was heated but dont think so. Room was very nice and price was also . had to move to another room because noise from freeway. would stay again.

Two words - Good and Reasonable !!!
Didn't expect anything with the price we paid, but it turned out very good. Nice and good location - not far away from Legoland, a shopping outlet, fast food chains, restaurants and even shops for last minute stuff (e.g. Target, Costco). Complimentary breakfast is better than expected and with good/comfortable sitting area (e.g. bread, waffles, fruits, cereals, juices, coffee, danishes, ....). Way better than the hotel that we stayed before.

Unbeatable price for the location
I stayed at 2 different hotels while on vacation. I would definately stay here again. The first 3 nights I stayed in Anaheim. Sure I got an awesome price for that room in Anaheim but it did not make up for the stiff necks, backaches, and no sleep. I would have rather stayed at this hotel and drive the hour to Disneyland. The drive to Disneyland is easy. We were one exit from Legoland and not a bad drive to San Diego. I have stayed both in San Diego and Anaheim and would rather stay here in Carlsbad. They don't charge for parking and everything else like the tourists cities.

Definately eat at Rubys. It is one exit from hotel and was awesome. It was recommended to me by 3 hotel staff and I loved it.

It could have been better!!
The hotel had a good location, close to the freeway, but the freeway noise made it hard to sleep at night. The free breakfast was good.

Great place to stay for the price
Great place to stay when visit Legoland. Friendly staffs, clean room, close to beach, the only minor discomfort is noisy cause it is too close to the freeway. Not many food service nearby. But overall, it is agreat place to stay. We'll stay again if we come back to legoland in the future...

Decent place
We stayed here for 3 nights. Close to Legoland, down the road from a shopping center with a supermarket, restaurants and drug store. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Don't like the configuration with the sink outside of the bathroom. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast food was limited, but they had make-your-own waffles which we liked. Rooms had free wi-fi, fridge and microwave, which was great. Only disadvantage was road noise from the nearby highway, but it just turns into white noise after a while.
