We will denitely book at this hotel again. It was very children friendly. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very clean. Overall, highly recommended.

Very friendly and helpful staff from the front desk all the way to the house keeping staff! Our room was clean and the the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of self parking at the hotel. Good value with breakfast in the morning for the whole family. Very good shuttle service to nearby locations.

Got what we paid for. Upgraded our room free of charge to a one bedroom as we had four people and rooms were available. Few hotels do that. Functional breakfast buffet. Full kitchen is nice to have available.

This hotel is in a very good location for the beach and right off the highway. Everyone there was very nice and the rooms are really nice and comfortable. We only wish we could of stayed longer.

The room was ok until we discovered two things: 1) we booked a room with a king size bed but they gave us a queen, 2) there was trash in the kitchenette trash can. We went down to the lobby to inform the front desk but she had a very bad attitude. She did not say sorry for the mistake and did not look apologetic at all. She said the manager was not around so there was nothing she could do. She said the hotel was fully booked. She did admit that some of their studio suites have queen size beds but even though according to the internet site they all have king size beds. Bed size is important to us because we were traveling with our 2 y.o. son and he sleeps btwn us. He rolls off the bed if he sleeps by himself on the sofa bed and he refuses to sleep in the crib. That's why we specifically booked for a king size bed! We would have been ok to get a refund and find another hotel with a king size bed else where, but she said she could not offer a refund. She said we would have to talk to the manager in the morning and there is no guarantee what he would do. She said there was no one in charge we could talk to that night. We were furious but we had no choice. We didn't want to go to a different hotel to pay for another room when we had no guarantee that we would get a refund here! The 3 of us ended up having to sleep in the queen size bed and my wife was pregnant! It was an extremely uncomfortable night! Later that night we also found trash in the kitchenette trash can. The maid apparently forgot to empty it before we checked in. The next day when we were checking out we had to ask for the manager, John Sauders, whose attitude \was so much more friendly and professional. He ended up giving us a 50% discount on the room due to the error they made. The manager admitted he was new on the job. He has a great attitude but I would highly recommend that he trains his staff to be more friendly and professional, and let them know that a smile goes a long way!

The beds are extremely comfortable the staff was very nice the rooms and facilities were very clean. The only complaint is that the complimentary continental breakfast was good but the food kept running out fast and maybe it was just because of having new or unwell trained breakfast staff, but it took forever to get anything refilled. i never did get any milk. but besides that it was very very pleasant.

We booked this hotel just for the kitchenette, so we can cook for our one year old. Very happy about the provided kitchen amenities. Great value for the money!! and will definitely stay here again

This is a relatively new facility only 3 blocks from the beach. Although it is close to the freeway and to the Amtrack line, room noise was not a problem. Breakfast was included and of reasonable quality. Staff was helpful.

The hotel room and location was great. Very close to many good eateries and the mall. The only downside was the warm breakfast. The waffles were a little hard and dry, the eats were egg substitute. What would make this a 5 star would be to fix that.

We spent 2 days at Legoland and stayed one night at this hotel. It was right off the freeway and only a couple minutes to Legoland. Very convenient and our kids had a blast. We were able to check in late and upon arrival, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Since i made the reservation & paid through Orbitz.com, check-in was a breeze. The hotel room was a bit smaller than expected but overall, it was clean and included a kitchen & fridge - which came very handy! The next morning, we went downstairs for the free breakfast the hotel provided and it was not bad. There were eggs, bacon, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, muffins, juices, fruits & more! Just enough for us to start our day! I would definitely be back at this hotel again if we should ever go to legoland in the future and would recommend this to all my family & friends.
