Staff was friendly and helpful, free parking, good location, 15 minute walk to the village, did not use microwave or refrigerator, but nice to have for longer visit.

very good mexican food at El Toro Bravo, good breakfast at Zelda's, we frequent Capitola Village when in town.

Great location in Capitola
This hotel is close to several coffe shops and restauarants and near the great beaches in Capitola and Santa Cruz. Hotel was clean and appreciated the outdoor hot tub.

Nice overnight getaway
We arrived about 3pm and were greeted with the sweet aroma of chocolate chip cookies! Tasty! The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was amazing....very comfortable. The view wasn't great but the room was quiet. We will return!

Hotel is only 1 exit away from Moe's Alley. A popular night spot with great music. Tommy Castro and the PainKillers !! Woohoo !! Amazing !!

Perfect location for beach and shopping
The location of this hotel is perfect. Blocks from a Mall and the beach and close to freeways too. The staff was incredibly friendly and the chocolate chip cookies multiple times a day were great. We checked out and I realized that I'd left a greeting card with a visa gift card in it. I called the hotel and the didn't see it in the room, but when one day later I got a call from them and they said they'd found it! The gift card was intact and they arranged to get it to me. Thanks front desk and operations people for being so honest!

Capitola fan
Great location, comfortable room
The hotel staff were great and it was in a great location near the Capitola village. The hotle had a pool, hot tub, wonderful Continental breakfast, great working air conditioning and was generally a wonderful experience. The only thing they might consider improving is the computer in the conference room where I print out my boarding pass and the WiFi isn't great from my room. I eventually chose to use 4G rather than their WiFi which was slow and inconsistent. Otherwise, a wonderful experience!
