Ramada Canoga Park/Warner Center

fair 4 the price. location is not so good. breakfast is non-existant.

The reviews here made me a bit nervous ... from saying that the neighborhood was nasty and the staff were rude and the place was a dump. Didn't find any of these to be true. Place was clean and well taken care of. Neighborhood wasn't were I'd vacation but as a homebase hotel it was fine. The staff were friendly and helpful. This isn't a 5-star hotel so there were little things that weren't perfect ... TV remote batteries held in with tape :) For the price when I come back to LA I will re-book here.

Checked-in late, almost midnight. Lobby door was locked, but the manager answered within a minute. The layout of the hotel (motel?) reminded me of a Motel 6 from the outside. I was expecting an enclosed building with indoor hallways. Nonetheless, the inside of the rooms were very clean and looked more upscale than the outside. Flat screen TV, modern, almost business like furniture. Only complaint was the ethernet cable for the internet was not live. I tried Wi-Fi, but I needed a user name and password, which I called the front desk for, but no one picked up. When I called the Wi-fi customer service they said the front desk should have provided it. In the morning, they had a breakfast bar available, nothing extensive, just the basics. Assortment of juices, milk, toast, Svenhard's pastries, fruit, cereal, and coffee, but no other hot foods.

I was pleased with the amentities at the Ramada. From the outside, it certainly looked like a motel but the room was very accomodating. Furnishings were all upgraded. Had everything a family needs. And the staffs were courteous. The rate was a bit pricey; a lower rate would definitely make me stay an extra day.

Thought this Ramada Inn should be described as a motel and not a hotel. Most hotel amenities were absent although the rooms were kept fairly clean. The parking lot is off of a busy street and although reasonably secure, exiting was difficult due to no setback and sidewalk bicycle traffic. There were mirrors, but they are too small to be effective.

Experienced served it's purpose, I suppose. Had a fairly clean place to rest my head overnight. But after my stay, I can say that it was overpriced, [...] Rough location. And though they had continental breakfast, it was a bit "spotty." Overall, not bad, but definitely not great.;

WATCH OUT, THERE IS A NIGHT CLUB NEXT DOOR AND YOU CAN FEEL THE THUMP OF THEIR BASE ON YOUR BED MATTRESS. THE MUSIC GOES FROM 10PM TO 5AM. This was one of the most important nights in the life on my 17 yr old, the next morning he was trying out for a spot in U Cal's Northridge athletics program, so hee needed a restful night. Instead he got little sleep due to the loud and constant noise outside. Police sirens are a common happening there, which just added to the constant noise polution. Road noise also filters right in through the paper thin walls. Oh and the cleaning lady try to rush me out 15 mins before checkout.

Nice Room, though breakfast was not that good

The Hotel was in an area where I did not feel safe. This hotel is located next to a large park. There seemed to be a lot pof people just loitering in the park. I would not recommend this area for a family.
