Love it!
We loved this stop on our way down the coast! Little place tucked away. Directly across from the ocean with access to a beach walking trail. Comfortable rooms. Clean and cozy. Working gas fireplace made the room very comfortable. BEST continential breakfast on our week-long trip. Arrived late- very welcoming staff. We had a problem with the tv and they fixed it right away. Just 5 minutes from Hearst Castle and 15 minutes from the Bull Seals. Cute little town! Great place!

Lovely Mermaid
Beautiful Beach and great location
The hotel is clean and pretty with nice landscaping. The rooms have their own fireplaces that a lot of guests really enjoy. I opened the windows to let in some of that wonderful sea air and some ocean breezes. Very pleasurable

Cambria stay at the Sea Otter Inn
The room was immaculate with updated furnishings. Across the road from the boardwalk and down the street from a restaurant where we enjoyed a late night dessert.

comfortable room at reasonable price
We went to see the elephant seals giving birth. The motel is convenient for that, as well as being close to town and services. We have stayed there several times and always enjoyed our stay.

Be sure to visit the elephant seal viewing area near the Piedras Blancas lighthouse. Always some drama going on!

Cozy rooms with private patio gardens.
Just across the street from Moonstone beach. Rooms were nicely done with gas fireplaces. I would consider it a very good value inn.

There is a hotel called Cabmria Pine Lodge that servers a fantastic dinner in a great setting. Waiter were attentive. Hotel has a continential breakfast and that was enough to get the day started.

Perfect for a short break
Great location to set off from for Hearst Castle, which is just a short drive away. The beach and boardwalk across the road from the hotel are spectacular, make sure you are there to watch the sun set.

A Great Place To Wake Up
We arrived just in time for a spectacular sunset and were quickly checked into our room by a friendly desk clerk. After a short sunset watch we headed down the beach for a nice dinner at The Moonstone Cafe which is just down the street. The next morning, I walked down to he boardwalk and stair for a few peaceful minutes near the beautiful tidepools where I collected a few pieces of driftwood to remind us of our stay. Just a great way to visit this wonderful area.
