San Francisco Airport Marriott Waterfront

Every single person who staffed this hotel was extremely nice and cheerful. From the wait staff to the front desk agents to the concierge to the bell men. Beautiful views, amazing outdoor area in the back where you can lounge on sofas or benches and watch the planes land out in the middle of the bay. The beds were extremely comfortable. I honestly cannot think of anything that was not perfect about this place. I'm definitely staying here again when I go back to San Francisco in a few months.

I felt, I stayed in extended stay hotel, not 4 star experience .

I was originally looking for some place downtown San Fransisco but they were all sold out or way too expensive. Even rooms at cheap motels were $300+ dollars a night. I decided to choose this location because it had an ocean view and was close to the BART station (which is located at the airport nearby). They also had free shuttles from the hotel to the airport and back from the airport. I was not disappointed in the location. It was even an easy drive into downtown San Fransisco from the hotel. I really enjoyed the bay view, but if your picky about airplanes flying by then you might not want the bay view. The hotel is next to the airport, but the noise from the planes is not a problem. I would definatly stay here again. It was such a great deal for what you get.

Good value for the location. Nice hotel, but the pictures definitely make it look nicer than it is. Very average room and amenities.

the hotel was perfect for what we needed on our way back to the airport from the mountains. The only thing that might need improvement is the restaurant. the steaks are good rest of the menu needs help.

My parents and I were in town and needed to be conveniently located to get to both half moon bay and Milipitas/San Jose. The Marriott was perfectly located, plus had a beautiful view of the bay, which makes for very pretty sunrises. The airport is close, but not so close that you can hear the airplanes coming in, it was quiet and peaceful. Also, it turned out to be a less than 5 minute drive from our rental car agency, Payless. There's free wifi in the lobby, but not in the rooms, and the attached restaurant has really good food (includes local and organic options), although the prices are quite high.

It was great. At first we thought we would be to far from the attractions but in the end we were glad we were a little distance from all the tourist

Payed extra for Ocean view but Room ordered with ocean view never got that, we got a room next to the elevator and the ice machine with a bathroom for handicaped people ?? also overlooking the street and commerical. The wireless is only free in the lobby and is way too slow, room wireless is extra $ ....oh well

The room was fine. Marriott has upgraded their linens and they are very nice. The restaurant food was very average. The staff is very helpful and polite.

Great experience, good location on the water, excellent staff, especially OM Chand for housekeeping.
