Locations was ideal for my early flight home. Shuttle service was on time and reliable. Front desk staff was extremely polite and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Restaurant food met basic expectations but service was very slow and at times felt ignored. For travel purposes, if you need to be near the airport, this is an ideal location. Will stay there again if I need lodging for early flights.

Airport convenience

You'd think that at $4.00 for a cup of coffee plus a $1 tip, that at least you could get a refill. I asked for my remaining half cup to be filled up with hot coffee and she wanted to charge me another $4.00!!! A bit rough, I thought.

SFO Hyatt

The location was convenient (SFO and Candlestick park). The hotel staff was nice. After the football game we went to the bar/restaurant that was open and we had to wait a while for the food but otherwise our experience was great.

Stay at the Hyatt in Burlingame, CA

The hotel was very nice and clean. Our room was nice but the bathroom needed an exhaust fan and all rooms should have a night light.

Expected a lot but was disappointed.

First of all, the reception staff appeared friendly, but he didn't give me my breakfast card and didn't explain the breakfast policy with me. I lost my IPhone in the hotel and it didn't appear as if the staff was helpful in helping me with my situation. I had to call several times before somebody got back to me about it. I requested for additional pillows and blankets and the staff at the front desk told me that she would have someone bring it up to me. I waited for hours and nobody brought me anything. I had another reservation coming up but i will be canceling it for another hotel.

good value by the airport

The bay view room is exactly that, and well worth the extra forty bucks. Unfortunately the hotel isn't on the beach so it's not write as impressive a view as it might be. But it's fun watching planes take off and land so close by. Buffet breakfast was very good, and it was included in the room price further packager we got. If you want an omelette was like four extra dollars, which was lame.
