Service-oriented elegance just minutes from San Francisco Airport
One of the largest hotels near the San Francisco Airport, this atrium hotel received an extensive renovation in 2008. Guests enjoy access to complimentary shuttle service to and from SFO, as well as free trolley service into downtown Burlingame. Two restaurants, including Knuckles Sports Bar, offer a variety of dining options on-site. The property also has more event space (52,000 square feet) than any other airport hotel in Northern California.

Airport hotel
You shouldn't expect much of an airport hotel. Anyways in terms of options to eat, there is only a tipical sports bar, with ruff people drinking and talking loud with fat waitresses serving lousy food. The buffet breakfast at the Atrium is good though. Of course they have shuttle from and to the airport terminal, and you can have your Hertz car delivered at the hotel if reserved in advance. The room is very ok. I think I paid too much for the room ( USD185.00/tax included ).

I do not recommend this place!
I booked this hotel because I thought it would be a nice place.. I was sadly mistaken. I got slapped with a mandatory 25$ "parking fee." Why couldn't they include that in the rate? I also paid an extra $20 for a "bay view" which actually means a nice view of the street with a small sliver of water in the corner. I was also greeted with a condom on the lobby floor.... Nice. The phone in my room didn't work so I was unable to order room service as well.. I guess I saved myself some money because the food is RIDICULOUSLY priced. I was also skeptical of the cleanliness of the towels..... Overall I would not recommend this place. There's a lot nicer places in San Francisco that are cheaper then this Hyatt!

Convenient to airport & comfortable
I needed a hotel close to the airport, and I wanted a nice view of the bay, great room comfort, and great room service food at a good value, and this Hyatt gave me all this. Plus, I really liked the self-serve check-in kiosks.

Excellent Night
We stayed here for few nights and the experience we had was absolutely brilliant. The ambiance was fantastic and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room itself is clean, spacious, comfortable and excellent with a lovely view. I will recommend this hotel to anyone. A four star hotel with a FIVE star service.
