Comfortable Overnight Stay
I needed a hotel which provided an early morning Airport Shuttle and this hotel has one which left on time. Checking in was a breeze . The only downside in booking a hotel very close to the airport is hearing the planes land and take off. The hotel is also conveniently located very near Downtown Burlingame which has a lot of good stores and restaurants.

One should explore Downtown Burlingame. There are a number of nice shops and good restaurants.

Weekend Getaway
My girlfriend lives in Miami and was coming to San Francisco this weekend to visit. I booked the Doubletree as I am a Hilton Honors member, love the cookies in the lobby, and enjoy staying at Hilton resorts in the past. This experience was ordinary on all accounts and even the cookies were very stale. The room was not very comfortable and the TV channel had twenty channels, with half of them being duplicates of ESPN and ESPN2.

Wait Before You Reserve Your Room
This hotel needs a lot of work! The building and staff alike are outdated in service standards. They are getting ready to undergo renovations in NOV.2011, so it will be worth your money to WAIT or choose another hotel. The service in the Chutany Grill was awful, and while I was opening the sunscreen on my window in my room, it BROKE and pulled off of the window. The only good thing I have to say about this hotel is; When I checked out!

Take BART to the city for the cheapest travel, or take a limo service. Believe it or not, a limo service is cheaper to the city than a taxi.

Great Hotel Very Clean and Comfortable.
This hotel was wonderful. I will stay with them again if I am in the San Francisco area again. The shuttle to the SFO airport was nice to have. Our room was very clean and the view of the ocean is nice. Very affordable and the staff were nice and very professional.

Doubletree
Arrived late and wanted to be near the airport. Toured San Fran on Saturday. Left of Sunday. Great experience. Great value for the money

Very comfortable stay
The hotel was conveniently located near SFO, and the shuttle bus came within just a few minutes of my call. My room was very comfortable and clean, and my stay, though brief, was very pleasant. I particularly enjoyed easy access to the walking/bicycle path along the Bay.

Easy airport access
We were on vacation in Napa valley and had a 6 am flight on the way back. We decided to get a room near the airport so that we could get a bit more sleep. The hotel fit the bill. The room was clean and comfortable, the coffee was surprisingly good for a hotel room, and the warm cookies at check-in were and added bonus. The hotel has a free airport shuttle that goes every 15-30 minutes (depending on time of day). We actually missed the shuttle by literally a minute, so the front desk called the driver and he came back for us. Overall, no complaints at all.

Good value
We found the rooms clean and the beds very comfortable. The room was quiet and the hotel accepts pets which was a necessity for us. The dining room was good, the service adequate and reasonably priced. The airport shuttle arrived on time. All in all a good experience.

There wasn't anything to rave about; nothing to complain about. Customer service was very polite and accommodating.
