Crowne Plaza SAN FRANCISCO-INTL AIRPORT

The room was fine, nothing special. The dinner in the restaurant was suprisingly delicious. The staff knew very little about the area. The staff could not help with local attractions, local dining or room issues. There was a slight language barrier; most of the employees spoke English as their second language.

The room I stayed was right next to the freeway. It was so NOISY and I was unable to sleep at all. I'll never stay this hotel again. Also, the staff was not friendly.

It has been the worse experience and isnt worth the price.

The hotel overall was dirty. At check in my kids found open pop tarts in thw drawer. The pool handles had so much brown/black scum on them. I could have taken a brissle brush and made a small pile of it. All it needs is staff that care. The heater in my room was broken so the second night we had to move rooms. It was very inconvinient. The air came in the windows and you can hear all the traffic. They charge for parking and yet the parking attendants are rude. I wanted to ask a question and the Lady was rude and said she worked for parking no the hotel. I would never stay in this place again and for sure never recommends this place to family or friends. Stay away.

Poor check in. Direction of staff to room and parking. Room was by freeway, noisy, should have told you that. Old room, internet did not work and bathroom needed new toilet seat. It was flaking off the cover. Gross. Service at restaurant was bad.

The room was dingy and small, but it was an inexpensive hotel, so I expected that a bit. When I went to take a shower after a long day of travel, it took a very long time for the water to get hot. By the time I decided to just take a lukewarm shower, the tub was half full of water because it wasn't draining. My husband couldn't shower after me unless he wanted to stand in a puddle of my dirty shower water. The sink in the bathroom was the same way. This tells me that either the cleaning staff noticed this while they were cleaning my room and didn't care or ... they didn't clean. The used toothpick in the nightstand drawer was just one more reason not to stay at this hotel again.

$18 extera Bad brake fast... They need to work on how to talk to Gusss !!!! I'm so disappoint

Rooms are clean and comfortable, though somewhat outdated. I don't like the in-room air condition unit. VERY LOUD TRAFFIC NOISE, UNBEARABLE. I was on the 9th floor and still very noisy. Lousy business center and very slow WIFI. Charge for surface parking even for guests.

I didn't like the way the guy treated us while checking-in. Very poor customer service and communication

I didn't like that the 'go green' promotion was not shared with us at check in. And I didn't like that only 1 could be used a day/night to eat. We found out about the promotion on our last day and we only got 1 $10 discount when we went 3 days not having our room cleaned. Also, we did eat at the restaraunt once and since we didn't know about it, we couldn't use the $10 when we did eat there. We found it was quite expensive for us and when we did get our $10 coupon we could not even use it. That part was quite a disappointment. Also paying for parking was outrageous!! When I was told $16, I thought it was $16 for the week not per day! I was extremely upset at the additional cost to park. I have never heard of such a thing and that was ridiculous!! Also, to get a hold of someone at the front desk was very difficult since the lobby was always so busy and when the manager noticed that he didn't help anyone in line unless they were a "preferred" customer. Hence another reason I wasn't able to find out about the go green because each time I went to ask, the line was so long, I didn't have that much time to sit there and wait for an answer...I would wait almost 1/2 hour before giving up. I was extremely upset about these issues at the hotel and made some of the trip more stressful.
