Short getaway
This is hotel is great. The rooms are clean and the staff are extremely friendly. The location isn't the best because its right next to highway 101, but we didn't mind it at all.

sumptuous
An elegant two-room suite with a TV in each, windows that open, a great view and climate control as well. I didn't want to pay this much but couldn't find anything cheaper at the time, but I found the suite luxurious.

Disappointing
The room was dingy and small, but it was an inexpensive hotel, so I expected that a bit. When I went to take a shower after a long day of travel, it took a very long time for the water to get hot. By the time I decided to just take a lukewarm shower, the tub was half full of water because it wasn't draining. My husband couldn't shower after me unless he wanted to stand in a puddle of my dirty shower water. The sink in the bathroom was the same way. This tells me that either the cleaning staff noticed this while they were cleaning my room and didn't care or ... they didn't clean. The used toothpick in the nightstand drawer was just one more reason not to stay at this hotel again.

great hotel near the airport. All ammenities!
Staff very helpful and accommodating. Answered all questions and provided all necessary info. allowed us a late checkout due to late international flight which was very much appreciated

Returning from Cancun Via San Fran
We arrived at the airport, were able to get on the shuttle to the hotel in minutes, and sitting down for dinner at the hotel all with in 20 miniutes. The staff were very helpful, hotel was very clean and quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

best for its price
we had a good time at this hotel; food was good, hotel room clean but power went out due to heavy rain. the pool and the jacuzzi were a big plus. didnt like the fact that we had to pay for parking tho.. overall will be staying at this hotel again.

Rude front desk attendant
The attendant at the front desk was REALLY rude and impatient. She barely looked at me when she answered my questions. The parking is $18 per day and they charge you $10 wifi per day. (1. I bring 2 laptops, and they charge every PC $10 a day for the internet. 2.They actually have a free wifi-access!!!)

Lovely Trip for Two
From the moment we walked in the door the staff were friendly, happy and helpful! This was the first time staying the the Crowne Plaza we were very pleased. The room was perfect, right size, clean and comfortable. Front counter directed us to local eateries and helped us with rental car information. We travel a lot and felt like the Crowne Plaza was a good addition to places to stay in the future. In fact our next trip to San Fran. will include a stay at the CP and bart ride into town instead of staying in the city.

Great location for a social event
There was a reunion of Pio del Pilar High School alumnae. The affair was smashing. The food and service were good.
