Fantastic

Serviceable
It was close to my meetings, and had the amenities I needed, but the room I had was quite run down...as if it were in a modeling transition as attempts were made to spruce up the bathroom, while the carpeting was old and frayed...I said attempts. The staff however were quite helpful and nice.

NO room service from 11am to 4:30 pm. The free 5 mile radius shuttle is convenient but stops running early.

Great for overnight near airport
this is the second time staying at this hotel for early am flight. Only drawback that priority rewards not honored as I booked thru a third party. Rooms are small but adequate. A bit noisy as it is next to freeway but easy access to airport.

Just ok. 18/night parking sucks. Hilton has free parking so better value. Ac is loud. Overall just ok. Nothing great.

great hotel near the airport. All ammenities!
Staff very helpful and accommodating. Answered all questions and provided all necessary info. allowed us a late checkout due to late international flight which was very much appreciated

Good cheap stay
At the time this was the cheapest of the hotels near the airport. Room was not the cleanest, but was comfortable. Internet was expensive and slow.

Returning from Cancun Via San Fran
We arrived at the airport, were able to get on the shuttle to the hotel in minutes, and sitting down for dinner at the hotel all with in 20 miniutes. The staff were very helpful, hotel was very clean and quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

best for its price
we had a good time at this hotel; food was good, hotel room clean but power went out due to heavy rain. the pool and the jacuzzi were a big plus. didnt like the fact that we had to pay for parking tho.. overall will be staying at this hotel again.

Rude front desk attendant
The attendant at the front desk was REALLY rude and impatient. She barely looked at me when she answered my questions. The parking is $18 per day and they charge you $10 wifi per day. (1. I bring 2 laptops, and they charge every PC $10 a day for the internet. 2.They actually have a free wifi-access!!!)
