Crowne Plaza SAN FRANCISCO-INTL AIRPORT

The location of the hotel was excellent for an early morning flight at SFO. The hotel was not new but definitely well kept and very comfort. Great stay.

The Plaza was a relaxing hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was inviting with white linen and a red pillow for accent. The colors in the room were warm. It was a great room for resting. The only thing missing was quiet hallways. I could here doors close and other noises from the room at times during the day.

This is hotel is great. The rooms are clean and the staff are extremely friendly. The location isn't the best because its right next to highway 101, but we didn't mind it at all.

$18 extera Bad brake fast... They need to work on how to talk to Gusss !!!! I'm so disappoint

The hotel is two exits from SFO which made it convenient, but there are others (Hyatt, Holiday Inn Express) that would probably have been better. Being next to a major world airport with people coming and going at all hours, you'd think they would have food options available past 10 pm. I was told I could walk to the Hyatt. Staff seemed disinterested in helping. The room was small, which is not an issue, but it was filled with furniture that didn't fit, was worn and I question whether the duvet cover had been cleaned in a while. Overall, not horrible, but I wouldn't stay there agin.

Close to airport, close to city, near great restaurants, great amenities on site.

This is probably the worst Crowne Plaza I've stayed at. But it's still better than most hotels in the area. The water pressure here is terrible. Not sure if it was isolated or not, but it made taking a shower a miserable experience.

I have stayed here many times through the past 25 years and I am always pleased. Currently going through a management change which had some effect but nothing disastrous. Loved it!

An elegant two-room suite with a TV in each, windows that open, a great view and climate control as well. I didn't want to pay this much but couldn't find anything cheaper at the time, but I found the suite luxurious.

My daughter and I had the oppourtunity to stay here on a Sunday night. The room was nice and clean, the bed comfortable. We got a value deal thru this website, and because of this I believe they put us in one of their smallest rooms on the end of the building. We were awakened by the alarm going off at midnight for no reason, as well as all the traffic noise starting about 3 AM.Being right next to the freeway was terrible. I stayed around the way at a hotel that overlooked the SFO runways and was never bothered by the jets taking off, even though we were right next to them, which speaks to this other hotels sound insulation, and points out this hotels lack of it. Maybe only the end rooms are affected, but I would pass on staying here again. The fornt desk was apologetic, but that was all.
