Safari Inn I was very happy to have decided to stay at his hotel....The personnel were very friendly. The hotel is located in a great location to many restaurants and gas stations...very happy and please with the stay..

Since this place was designed more like a motel than a hotel, I didn't feel completely safe by myself, a 24 year old female. The window didn't lock very securely, and someone could have easily torn off the screen and come through. The door locked very well, though. I definitely did NOT feel safe in the fitness room. One door and a few machines in a tiny room... not safe for me. It consisted of a tiny version of an elliptical, a treadmill and some free weights, a weight bench, and there might have been a bicycle. I can't remember, because I walked right out. Everything in the room seemed very clean and was comfortable. There was a mini fridge, and the A/C worked well. The pool and patio area was really nice, and I was glad that there was a vending machine and microwave accessible. The free breakfast consisted of mini muffins, orange juice with pulp not on ice, mini bagels, bread for the toaster, jam, cream cheese, no butter strangely, and thats it. The restaurant had awesome food and not too bad prices. Everyone was very friendly that I came in contact with. There were a couple of convenience stores/pharmacies nearby if I needed anything. Overall, my stay was great!

The location was great and the room was very comfortable except that the towels felt like sandpaper. When you used up something they did not replenish. Other than that I would stay again. The restaurant next door was excellent.

The Safari Inn is an extremely well-cared for motel within minutes of the Bob Hope Airport and a short drive to downtown shopping. I arrived very late on a Wednesday night and received a free (unsolicited) upgrade to a two-room suite. Very impressed.

The Safari Inn was a very pleasant place to make our central location for a visit to NBC Studios and downtown Burbank. The room was a good size, soaps, shampoo, lotion and even mouthwash was provided. Bathroom was seperate from the sink and mirrors; giving both parties the opportunity to use seperatly, yet at the same time. Breakfast in the morning and free transport to and from Burbank airport was a key saleing point for my decision to stay here and I wasnt disappointed. Staff was always very helpful with assisting us with our questions, directions or concerns. My only disappointments were the beds were hard and when I questions if the same bed was in all the rooms the answer was, yes. I ended up taking the cushion off the lounge chair from our room, placing it on the bed and laying on that, to get a nights rest.

The Safari Inn was in a nice neighborhood close to everything. We were only 15 minutes from Hollywood and only 30 minutes from Santa Monica beach. We felt very safe there. We were glad we got a car rental. I went to Google maps and got maps to destinations we were interested without going on Interstate 5. The hotel staff also has directions to printed to all tourist areas-all you have to do is just ask the clerk. They were very friendly and accommodating. The room looked very clean, but the carpet must have been dirty because our white socks got dirty, but for the money it was worth it. The continental breakfast was ok if you need something quick to hold you over-orange juice, coffee, muffins, toast, and bagels. We are breakfast eaters so we grabbed something quick to hold us over. Franks Coffee Shop down the street had a very good and reasonably priced breakfast. We would definately stay there again.

the safari inn burbank ca is a wonderful little gem with fantstic rooms- some with kichens.the closet had a door and plenty of hangers. the windows make the room so bright and roomy. the staff is a what every hotel staff should strive to be! they were all so nice and accomadating to their guests. the hotel is also very conveniently located to the freeways and all the sites in burbank

Excellent hotel, great price and very clean rooms....I was pleasantly surprised at the quality given the inexpensive price. The only issue was computer problems and obtaining room keys, however the staff was very accomodating.

The Safari Inn was not what we expected. We expected a 2-story hotel but what it was was a glorified Motel. Although the rooms were a bit larger in size and nicely renovated, some of the rooms had a strong smell of cigar which the maintenance people were quick to correct. One big advantage was their location. It was a nice short drive to NBC and Universal Studios. Although I will never book there again, I may be tempted to stay in their sister hotel next door.

Uns wurde zu erst ein Raucherzimmer gegeben. Nach dem ich zurück zur Lobby bin wurden wir in ein anderes Zimmer transferiert, das aber nur 2 Betten hatten. Also mussten wir die erste Nacht in getretten Betten schlafen. Am nächsten Tag wurden wir mit einbisschen Mühe in ein geeignetes Zimmer mit Doppelbett transferiert. Die Zimmer sind klein und einfach eingerichtet. Doch das Putzpersonal ist super und gestaltet das Zimmer mit viel Liebe. Dei Zimmer sind bei der Ankunft SEHR klimatisiert! Die Wände sind ziemlich dünn, und wenn man im Erdgeschoss ein Zimmer hat, hört man vieles, weil sie unmittelbar vor dem Parplatz sind. DIe Lage war super, denn man ist sehr schnell im Universalpark und in Hollywood. Ein Auto ist zwingend.
