Very nice hotel. Room is big with a full kitchen. Complimentary breakfast and WiFi.

Re SansEarplugs: My wife and I just stayed at this hotel this past weekend on the 5th floor (top floor). There's definetely the machinery humming vibrations (like sleeping next to a room with a washer/dryer running) in the morning, but to us it was a blessing that masked the road noise from the highway outside. Other than the road noise, this hotel was perfect. Very easy highway access, walking distance from downtown Burbank. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Clean hotel rooms, fully furnished kitchen with plates, bowls, silverware, cups, microwave, full sized refridgerator with icemaker. <20 minutes from Porto's and Universal Studios. Breakfast was also pretty good with a wide variety of foods to choose from and the hot foods varies day to day.

This fairly new hotel apparently has some real problems to work out. At about 6 AM, a very large machine, possibly the HVAC equipment on the roof (we were on the top floor), started up with an amazing rattle and hum, jolting us awake. The room and parts were literally shaking, and the low fequency noise was pounding in the eardrums, making it impossible to sleep. The noise was obvious in the hallway but most intense in the room. It did not stop during the hour it took for us to pack and leave. Even though we had intended to sleep in, it was obvioously too late to change rooms. It is unforgivable to use this room until whatever issue they have is worked out. When we informed the front desk at checkout (it was not possible to be in the room and we left as soon as we could), they said they couldn't do anything about a price break or refund [...] but assured us we would be contacted by the manager. We have heard nothing from them after a week. I am a frequent business and leisure traveler and this was the worst room experience I have ever had for which the hotel was completely responsible and did nothing to resolve.

I had a very nice time! Room was clean, the service was nice and everything worked! It had all my creature comforts including a nice Laundromat- I could not ask for anything better! What more can I say! I can understand why this hotel is always booked up (my only grievance). This one is on my Recommended List!

The Burbank Marriott was wonderful. The front desk staff was great, but often only one person was there, and the wait to talk to them or to purchase items from the hotel shop was very long, sometimes 30 minutes. More staff up front would be good. The location was great, the rooms were beautiful and everyone was nice.

Hotel was wonderful, convenient and loved the free breakfast. Traveling alone I felt very safe. I have stayed at other properties in the area and none compared with this one. I will be back.

I have stayed many times in Burbank. This hotel was the best I have ever stayed at. It came highly reccomended by a Burbank Police Officer who said he has never had any complaints or trouble from this property. It is in the safest part of Burbank (2 blocks from the police/fire station), and right next to three wonderful restraunts. You have shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreation (griffith park and hores back ridding) all within a short distance from the hotel. The staff is over friendly, and willing to book transportation to anywhere you may need to go within the city.
