The Quality Inn hotel is conveniently located just minutes from the Burbank Airport, NBC, Universal Studios, Walt Disney, Warner Brothers, and ABC Studios. We're just a short drive to the Empire Shopping Ctr., Glendale Galleria, Six Flags Magic Mountain, Disneyland theme park, Santa Monica Pier, Malibu, UCLA, and Hollywood. Our business and leisure travelers will find our rooms modernly decorated with a spacious work area and free high-speed internet access. Microwaves and refrigerators are available at the front desk. “Short stay, but very good”

I was there for just one day, but had a great experience nonetheless. The check-in was very quick, and the front desk gave me a corner room quite room. When I went to lobby front desk clerk ask me how is everything? I said Thank you for offered me quite room. She said this room was sign in by manager. She did not said but I know choice gold member gets nice upgrade room. I reserved a one queen bed and manager offered a king bed without ask.

Great value and location, clean, very nice management

very nice front desk and manager. Furnishings are spartan but functional, the beds were not the most comfortable things ever but the hotel was very clean, quiet and the managers were very, very nice each time I spoke to them on the phone. We called ahead to let them know what time we can check in and manager said anytime.we check in around 9 a.m.very nice free breakfast.i will stay here again.thanks johnny.

“Great value and location, clean, very nice management”

terrible

We want our money back! Called ahead and a man said we have to request a hair dryer & microwave when we checked in. When arrived, checked the room and it had a hair dryer anyway! Room was plain, fairly clean, no pictures, OUTDOOR hallway on 2nd floor. ONE elevator & stairway far away from room for this semi-handicapped couple & daughter. Parking lot dreary & too far away for handicap parking. Dark parking lot. Said NO THANKS and went to Extended Stay motel, which was fine.

RUDE STAFF

Clerk was RUDE -- when I asked to speak to manager to complain - he was RUDE! I have NEVER been treated as rudely as this at a hotel & I am a VERY frequent traveler. The room smelled -- the place was SCARY! WORST HOTEL I've EVER BEEN IN!

disgusting

Bathroom smells of old sweat. Carpet is sticky and stained. Stayed 1 night on a 3 night reservation. Bed and pillows smelled of cigarette smoke. Morning manager was very rude and was using bare hands to arrange breakfast baked stuff.

Improvement

Improvement should be e.g. the hotel provided iron board but no iron. The hotel provided coffee maker but did not clean the maker and no coffee and cups to drink. The management is very friendly and helpful. However I did not have times to complaint to the management.

Ant's, Spiders, Noise

If you like Spiders, Ants, and Train noise, this hotel is perfect for you. Quality Inn it's not. I have stayed at many hotels and this is one of the worst.

GREAT CHOICE

My partner [...]and I were very pleased with our stay. We didn't mind that it was near the freway or train tracks... We would definitly stay there again... We met some really great visiters from out of the country and state also... The pool and jacuzzi were very clean and open late and we took full advantage of that... The breakfast was great with a nice selection.
