Great Location to Airport
Was greeted very nicely. The additional questions and information exchange was pleasant. Not having a shuttle so close to the airport threw me off. I needed to extend my car rental another day to accommodate the missing element. I enjoyed the quiet, clean stay. Without a shuttle will now stay somewhere that does. I apologize.

Hotel of Horrors
The room was filthy. There were clipped toe nails all over the floor. The floor did not look vacuumed. The hotel staff were courteous but completely tuned out to guests. Moreover, they double charged me for the room. When I called to verify that this was an error, the agent apologized but acted as if I had inconvenienced him for their mistake and told me that he would take care of it right away. The charge is still on my card at this writing.

Decent Value
If you need a room near the airport and close to most things then this is alright. Hotel staff were very helpful and nice. The room was fair. a safe place to sleep and be near to things..

Sorry Not a good place to stay
We were going to stay here Chrsitmas night, it didn't happen. My first impression was not good! I gave it the benefit of the doubt because we needed a place near the aiport. I should have went with my gut feeling. There was a musty order in the hallways...and then we went into the ROOM! There was cockaroaches walking on the counters and the microwave.Gross!! We left immediatley to tell the staff, who was waiting for me at the bottom of the elevator. He stated "you wanted a non-smoking room!" I said yes and one without roaches!

Good Location, Basic Accommodations
In town working, so the kitchenette was nice and the location is great. Close to freeway, plenty of near by eateries and near airport. Rooms are basic and could be cleaner/more comfortable. Not the best customer service as special requests we not even attempted, but for the price, what does one expect.

Not our best experience but pleasant
The location was very convenient for us, we were attending a wedding. The first nite I washed my hair and couldn't get the hairdryer to stay on so did without. I wear hearing aids so was not bothered but my husband said the refrigerator made wheezing sounds all night. The second nite we just unplugged it. I was going to mention this the AM we left but there was no one at the desk, things were locked up tight, didn't even know where to leave the key card so took them with me. Clerk was very helpful when we requested shampoo and extra towels. We had room 106 in case they want to look at the refrigerator.

1. business meeting 2.no shower/ bathroom supplies 3.more convenient location and for a one or two the night, stay cost could have been about 10 % less as the other 2 places that I was using abut 10 % less then you were charging

Good for the price
Good value for the price. Great location near food, shopping, and airport. It was also nice to have a full size fridge and cook top so we could save some money on meals. Rooms were small and as clean as you would expect for the price.

Short drive from hotel
Great open air shopping with nice restaurants next door to hotel and across the highway. Also nice to have a Target in same parking lot just in case you forgot something.
