greeted well was surprised that when i got there they had a pool and hot tub that wasn''t on your description . overall it workes for me.

Staff was great. Room was not. 1st night it was raining hard and the carpet closes to the window and outer wall was soaking wet.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I had accidentally booked a smoking room, which I didn't even know until I checked but requesting non smoking in the special request box???.. anyway I told her I could not stay in a smoking room and she quickly and easily made the necessary changes.. the room was clean, neat, and exactly like the picture, minus the microwave. They only have one down stairs along with coffe and oj.. It was definitely worth the money I paid and would stay again..

Check-in was quick, efficient, and friendly. Then it went downhill from there. Room was so-so. "Energy-efficient" automatic lighting malfunctioned with lights going on and off by themselves all night for no apparent reason. Finally had to get up and unplug the stupid things because no switch on wall or fixtures seemed to work. Continental breakfast was a joke existing of a half a muffin of some sort wrapped in plastic wrap at the check-in desk. Went to get some coffee only to see the housekeeping staff taking the coffee pot with them to I assume their breakroom and leaving no replacement brewing. Very rude! Will never return.

ive stayed here before and will probably stay again. the location is nice for the tourists its near to the big freeways and good for knotts , disney and beaches the location is very close to the 91 fwy so that means you will hear traffic all night regardless of where your room is , we sleep with the fan on so it masks the traffic somewhat the bedroom part of the room was clean and reasonbly up to date , older style tv , our bathroom was the biggest let down it was old and tired with poor quality towels, THEY DESPERATLY NEED A UPDATE theres ample parking here and you can walk to target, wendys, dennys and a few other resturants they have a nice size pool and hot tub , but the pool furniture is very tired and dirty check in was polite and easy , no added extras on check out

Last minute booking for cheap rate. Hotel checkin was quick and associate not very welcoming. Nothing about hotel was explained. Hotel stay was decent. Wish there was a coffee pot in the room. We take that simple amenity for granted. LOVE that they had motion sensor lights to help save electricity but when i turned it off, i woke several times at night to the light just coming on by itself. Ants in bathroom Bed was suprisingly comfortable

Our trip was to knotts had an awsome time!! Our hotel room was okay but no coffe maker. Big bummer but it was okay!!Walking distance to Denny's and a strip mall & Black Angus. We enjoyed our stay, staff was very friendly!! My husband did not like their idea of the blueberry muffin cut in half wrapped in a napkin as a continental breakfast hahaha :)

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT TILL I ASKED FOR LATE CHECK OUT. MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE AND DIDNT WANRT TO PROVIDE MY FAMILY WITH TOWELS.

The hotel is situated in a strip mall parking lot. 91 freeway is on one side. The exit can be busy due to knotts berry farm traffic. I would not call it walking distance from knotts but it is walkable. You are next to a Target which is really convenient. Several restaurants in the plaza and across street including Denny and Fuddruckers. The room was clean but sparce. TV was decent. Bathroom clean. AC was noisy but worked and the soaps/shampoo provided will make you appreciate that you can walk to Target. Pool is nice enough and clean. Breakfast offering was lacking, so much so I would say skip it. The staff was pretty friendly. There were phone and Internet issues while I was there and they were not getting te support they needed. Ice machines totally worked! Overall decent for a value hotel.

It was a good price, and it was worth it. It is a little noise due to the fact that the main road is right there, but It didn't bother me. It was worth it for the price.
