Knott's Berry Farm Resort Hotel

This hotel was perfect location! It had all the amenities necessary for the perfect stay. The employees were very helpful.

I chose this hotel for it's parking lot! We were picking up a classic car close by and this hotel had a huge parking lot that you could tow a trailer and park without unhooking the trailer. The room was just a room. You could buy a bottle of water for $4. No fridge, no microwave. The room was dated, the sheets needed replaced as well as the bed. There is also a charge for parking which I did not notice on the website. You are stopped by a man in a booth as you enter the parking lot and he checks if you are on the registration list before you enter the parking lot. So I assume you can park there and pay a high fee as listed on the booth. It has easy access and easy to get out of and plenty of parking. We did not go into Knotts Berry Farm, nor did we use the pool or any other service at the hotel.

I hotel stay didnt start right from the beginning. The front desk wasnt very accomodating. The bed spring makes sound each time our childre moves. The hair dryer NEEDS to be replaced. It vibrates and sparks... too scarred to use it. And, you can easily drop anything on the sink as it doesn't have a drain cover or screen. My husband who's been in food service for over 20 years for a world class resort wasnt imprrss with their food and service. We've stayed at different hotels worlwide and so far, this is the worst---

Went to the Knotts Berry Farm park which I also purchased the tickets for the park through here. When I arrived, I was told that the tickets were no good that I had to go through a bus travel place, be transported by them,and get the tickets through them, which was not possible, so I had to pay again just for admission and never used the tickets I bought through here.The beds were the worse I have ever been on that caused serios back pains in the morning, otherwise everything else was great.Besides losing money on the admission tickets and the bed, it was great. Overall hotel is great. Location is convenient to hit both Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm in one shot. Great pool outdoors if you need to chill in the sun. It looks like hotel was recently updated, nice furniture, clean and tidy bathrooms. One huge issue for us was absence of a small fridge in the room. It is so nice to return to your room and have a refreshing cold drink after a hot California day! Instead, we were supposed to use ice machines outside, which lacked capacity to produce ice in needed quantities. We ended up going downstairs to the bar to get ice. I had to keep my daughter's medicine on ice all the time. Huge disappointment.

First day there i noticed the tub was not clean had hair from prevoius guest. Om our second day coming back from the water park at 4:00 pm our beds where not made. The rooms do not have refrigetor nor micawaves, which if you have infant the hotel is not recommeded.

This trip was for our grand kids end of school vacation to Knotts Berry Farm, Upon arrival Snoopy was there to greet all the kids, they were so excited and got everyone in the mood for Knotts. Then the following morning at the amber wave hotel restaurant he makes a visit during breakfast. The food at the amber wave was really good the service also really good. The rooms were nice at the hotel and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The hotel is a five minute walk to the park so this made it very convenient. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

I went to this hotel with my two sons, ages 6 and 14, for Memorial weekend. I thought it would be nice, good package deal including the tickets, and a few perks, like Snoopy wandering around to take pictures with. WRONG!!!! STAY AWAY from this hotel!! It cost me FAR too much, and was definitely not worth even half the cost. I paid for the premium rooms, in Camp Snoopy, and it included the tickets to either the water park or the theme park, and breakfast buffet vouchers. Let me tell you....it was the equivalent of staying in a Motel 6, at the cost of staying at the HILTON!!! The beds were ROCK HARD, the ice machine was constantly empty, elevators were regularly broken, the food (at the hotel restaurant--Amber Waves) was absolutely TERRIBLE, the rooms were small and dingy, no water pressure in the shower, and to add insult to injury, when we ordered our food out, from Dominos (right next door) to be delivered, the hotel would not let the delivery guy go up to our room, and I had to come downstairs at 11 pm at nite to collect my food and pay the guy. I will NEVER go to this hotel again. I was told, by MANY people there who had experienced that hotel, the smart thing is to go across the street to the Holiday Inn. Twice the service at half the cost!!!

Excellent hotel for visiting Knott's Berry Farm as well as Disneyland using the hotel's free shuttle bus service. The hotel offers discounted tickets for admission to Knott's Berry Farm. Although the hotel has only one restaurant, there are many dining options at the Farm and at the downtown mall which is within walking distance.
