Courtyard by Marriott Anaheim Buena Park

The first night there was fine. Until the next day, my husband and I noticed there were some bugs on the curtains. We both were upset, and called the front desk for another room. The staff were nice and solved the problem quickly. My husband and I moved to another room later, but found out the bathroom was a little smelly. Besides, I saw some hairs in the bathtub. What else can I say? This hotel needs better maids.

Nice big screen TV’s with some HD channels. restaurants within walking distance burger king and outback after long days of work nice to have something I don’t have to drive to.

Good: Parking and Bed. The opening of the patio gets fresh air inside, which is very good. Bad: No bath tub, only stall shower which makes the bathroom so wet as water was every where. Very difficult for the second person to use the bathroom. Improvement: Coffee maker was in the bathroom, which makes me to walk to Starbucks, everyday. Please have the coffee maker inside the room.

Overall experience was good. The room is good sized and clean. Beds were too soft for me but it's ok. Quite close to Disneyland, where we went for three days. There is no hidden fees, no resort fees, etc.

The room was clean and spacious. They had a Starbucks in the lobby. The pool was heated, but not very warm. The spa was nice and relaxing. There are only two elevators in the hotel, one on either side of the hotel. This is not something they tell you when you check in. Our room was on the 2nd floor in the back, no elevator in sight, only stairs. After an 8 hr drive with a 4 yr old the last thing you want to do is lug up your luggage up a flight of stairs. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Slow internet!

We were there for a family funeral, it was last minute planning, but the whole experience was fantastic. Great hotel and they had everything we needed for our 2-year old.

We went to Knottsberry Farms. It was myself,mywife and two daughters. We checked in to the hotel before we went to Knotts. As we walked in our room my family and I noticed an unpleasent smell. Coudnt put or finger on it but it was an old maybe smokey smell to it. The room was clean overall. We quickly left to go to knotts. Which we were able to walk to Knotts easily. It was alittle less than a mile. As we walked back from spending all day at knotts we realized that we had to go back to a stinky smell and was not looking forward to it. My wife asked me to see if there was anoher room they could put us in. The office staff was able to change us into a better room hat didnt smell, which made the say a much better stay. Overall if we go to knotts we would stay there again, if it was a short stay. One thing that was alittle blah was that there was no complimentary breakfast. Even a muffin or breakfast bar would have made it so much better.

I have stayed at Courtyard hotels in the past and this hotel does not come close. Main check-in area is nice, but the rooms are mediocre. The only plus to this hotel is that it is walking distance to Medieval Times, Knotts, and multiple place to eat.

The lobby and restaurant areas were nicer and newer than the rest of the hotel. Walking down the hallways was a dark and dingy experience. Too much noise coming from the hallway and other rooms. The room itself was okay, but the mattresses were cheap, or maybe just too old and soft. No wi-fi in room, but cable hook-up present for a laptop. Room rate of $110 was good, but would like more for the money. I wuld give it 2.5 stars if I could.

The people at the front desk/check-in were courteous and friendly. They all made me and my daughter's stay pleasent and memorable. Clean rooms and flatscreens, very nice. The cleaning staff was helpful, nice and will go out of their way to help you if you need anything. I would definately stay here again the location is perfect to go either North to L.A. or South to San Diego
