Just like any other Motel 6
Nothing great about this motel. But rooms are need and clean. It is very close to Solvang down town.

A good place to stay, but far from attractions.
Check in was easy, room was clean, air conditioner was on. Close to taco, but far from a "drink". Priced high, but probably because proximity to Solvang, a cute Santa Barbara style Gatrlinberg tourist attraction.

Perfectly adequate
This motel is clean and comfortable. Although not luxurious, it is perfectly adequate for an overnight bed and shower. Their internet is not free, but the charge added to the price of the room makes it still very affordable.

Best Price Performance
Great and friendly staff. This hotel fit what we needed, which was a comfortable place to crash at night after driving around all day. Fairly straightforward hotel, no frills, but it is clean and relatively quiet. We get back pretty late, so the room facing the freeway isn't a bother since there isn't any traffic to speak of. It's a short walk to the Firestone Brewery and 3 miles to all the main spots. Go here if you want clean and convenience. Don't go here looking for luxury.

Weekend trip
Located 7 miles from Solvang, it was a very close location. The Place is pretty clean and comfy. A little bit noisy at a time, but had no complain. Although it needs to provide its customer with shampoo ( they only provided soap). For a motel it was a bit pricy, $105/ night. But overall it was great.

Motel 6 Buellton
Hotel is right off freeway and there is road noise. Rooms in good condition, not located in Solvang but not far. While it was good as far as Motel 6's, and there's nothing wrong considering the price, I would only recommend a superior hotel.

Solvang Getaway
Our stay at Motel 6 was great, our room was clean and the service was great. I did see people take their pets there, I wish I would have known. I LOVE that this Motel 6 is pet friendly. This a beautiful town, the food was great, the people are friendly.

Keep in mind this is a family oriented town, NOT party city. I was surprise that is was Saturday night and my boyfriend and I where looking for a restaurant to eat dinner. To our surprise many restaurants were already closed and it was only 8pm.

"Beware, don't stay there."
Bare bones (bring shampoo, etc.) Loud freeway noise. Dead Rats in the parking lot. The maid flung open the door and walked right in in the morning without knocking. Said the office put the wrong number down as being checked out. She still should have knocked!! Beds are hard as a rock.
