Repairs not done
We requested upon arrival a/c to be fixed. Requested again a/c be fixed two days later. It finally did not show an error on the a/c board, but never would work. We gave up getting it fixed and ran the fan full time to get comfortable.

Bad juju for a game
the hotel was nice however the staff was less desirable. Plus they charged us three times for one trip to the bar; fraud alert issued by my credit card company!!! They didn't even want to help resolve the issue. Next time I will be staying somewhere else!

Average
Beware-you CAN here planes take off from the airport. The 'air-conditioning' takes forever to cool off, the maintence guy said it was trigered by 'body heat sensors in the room". NEVER heard that one-lol! We did enjoy some good food in the restaurant, and all employees were very nice. Average hotel, kind old and out dated but good enough for a short stay.

First trip to San Francisco and I chose a hotel on the bay expecting some kind of view. The only view we had was of a wall 3 feet from the window. We were locked out of our room three times making 5 trips up and down the elevator to get the keys fixed.

Great location to visit San Francisco
This hotel was perfect for my sister and I to spend a few days sight seeing in San Francisco. The hotel and grounds are very attractive. While it is close to the airport and freeway, the immediate area is quiet and serene. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good restaurant on site. Indoor pool and spa. Free parking. A shuttle to the airport and connection to BART made for easy access to the city. I will definately stay at this hotel the next time we visit.

On and off bus tours from Union Square are a great way to visit the city without driving. Double decker, open top buses with a narrative about the sights as you tour. They stop at most major sites. Your can get off an tour an area then pick up another bus. (One arrives in the area every 30 minutes).

Only a one night stay but all aspects were great. Comfortable beds, nice restaurant, good location. Very nice employees.

We arrived early so the desk gave us a pre-printed list of places nearby including a very nice shopping mall less then 10 minutes away with instructions on how to get there.

Perfect!
We stayed there for a few days. The rooms were very clean. The sleep number was great. The food at the restaurant was wonderful. The staff was great. Convenient location. It couldn't have been better!

Short drive from hotel
About 25 mins away, on the other side of the golden gate bridge is Sausalito. The food is better there than in Fisherman's Wharf. It's a nice little town. Great hiking and about 20 mins for the redwood forest.
