We really enjoyed our stay! our room was beautiful with a nice fireplace and comfy bed and a nice view. The tv in our room didnt work but we didnt need it anyways. and we didnt get to use the hot tub because it closes so early. It should stay open till midnight!! Overall, it was a great weekend for us!

False advertising
I booked a "romantic getaway" from the website that featured a picture of a cozy room with a fireplace (@$260/night). We drive 3 hours to get there only to be very disappointed. The room stunk, had many animal stains on carpet, a huge stain on the ceiling and a generally grimy feel. - and we could hear people moving around in the room above us. I complained to the front desk that the room looked nothing like the picture or the description. We left. If you are looking for something reasonably nice, this isn't it.

Older but very nice getaway
We had a room with a fireplace and balcony. The windsurfers and kite surfers were out on the bay. We sat and watched them for about 1 1/2 hours with a birdseye view of the bay. The bed was so comfortable. The room was beautiful and charming.

Jenner (on the Russian River) is very close. Occidental with fine italian dinning is close. Don't forget the salt water taffy.

Great seaside stay
Great place we had a 3rd floor room with balcony and view of the harbor they provide a great variety in the breakfast self serve well kept facility (our jetted tub did not work) but overall very nice place for a weekend getaway

a few places to eat mostly sea food but all seemed busy. We tried a tropical clam shack great food

It was a great stay
We were in the area for a wedding so this was just an overnight stay. The accommodations, friendly staff and naturally the wonderful area made us wish our stay was much longer.

Trouble in Bodega bay
1. the descrepancy in hotel cost when checking in. Verified when checking out with a $40.00 difference. 2.Unclean towels 3 Sink plumbing broke and flooded the bath room. POSITIVES 1 STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL 2.GREAT LOCATION 3 FAMILY PLUS PET FRIENDLY 4.REASONABLE COST 5 LANDSCAPEING WAS VERY NICE
