Just south down the street on the same side that the motel is on is a good American style restaurant.

Good location in Bishop

The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. It's what I would expect from a La Quinta, so I happy with the choice. A bonus was that it is on the main strip in Bishop walking distance from all the restaurants, stores and Erick Schat's Bakkery. The hotel also shares the parking lot with a bowling alley and was perfect for a quick brew before heading in for the night.

Nice hotel

Room was comfortable. Other than having a new clerk on the front desk who billed me twice and were in the process of a refund, the stay was nice.

Great family experience

We needed a 2-night stay in Bishop, CA, and found a great online deal for La Quinta. We found the room clean, halls were quiet at night, and we all had a great night's sleep. The continental breakfast was kid-friendly, especially because they loved the mini Belgian waffle maker. Staff was helpful and friendly. Fast check-in and check-out. I would definitely stay here again!

No too bad

The room and hotel was decent. When I first walked in the room, it smelled like cigarrete smoke even though it was non-smoking room. I had to air it out. I also had a litlle trouble reaching the front desk on the phone. The remote for my TV was missing. I finally got a hold of them and they gave a me a new one. Other than that it was quite pleasant. It's located right next to this cool bowling alley that has some of the best food and drinks for the price in Bishop. One thing I really liked was that my dog was allowed and there was no fee. Overall not bad!

Good place good price.

The hotel was in a good location, fairly close to Mammoth Lakes (the destination we were going for), and the room was clean and quiet, except for the occasional slamming of other doors in the building. Great breakfast as well serving bagels, toast, fruit, cereal, and waffels fresh made. The only complaint I have is that they said that King rooms had a fridge and microwave, ours had neither. The bathroom was pretty small, 2 people would not be able to stand in there together. Overall, a good experience and would be willing to stay at a La Quinta again in the future.
