Excellent Boutique Hotel
I booked this hotel on special for my girlfriend's birthday. I was a bit nervous because of a few comments about the hotel being a bit loud or for partying. I have to saw that the place was great. The rooftop pool and bar was a great scene and there is no spillover onto the floors that have rooms (at least my floor). The rooms are really nice and the staff is A+++. The only problem is the valet fee, as it was $35/night, but its Beverly Hills and I did not have to fight for parking ever.

Great Service. Great Rooftop and Bar. Room was a little small but the value, location, amenities, and friendliness make up for that. I had an awesome time here.

Excellent design, nice bathroom stuffed with good products. Room service is expensive and food is just average. Good Valet Parking ($30). Excellent concierge. Pool is not meant for kids...

Fancy
This hotel was very "Fancy"...if you are looking for comfort its not the place to stay. It's somewhere to stay where you can say you stayed in Beverly Hills. There is no Closet other than a small space where you can hang your clothes. The bed sit as low as the floor. The chairs are not something to sit in longer than a few minutes. There is no counter space in the bathroom to place your personal items. All of the hotel staff was very friendly and we had a great stay there.

impecable service
The Thompson Beverly Hills hotel is a rodeo shopping delight, great restaurants close by, and beverly center (mall). The customer service at the hotel was supreme, friendly, attentive, accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The rooftop has an awesome view of the city, cabanas by the pool and a bar and lounge on the opposite side.

Beverly Hill Thompson
My husband and I were in the Los Angeles area visiting our adult children who live there - they live in Beverly Hills/West Hollywood, so we chose the Thompson Beverly Hills as our hotel location. The hotel is very modern and has a "hip" vibe - rooms were very clean and bathroom was modern and well done. We found the staff to be very accomodating. Our last evening there we had drinks in the hotel bar/lounge - very nice - our 20 something kids thought the hotel was very LA!! We'd stay there again.

Motel 8 in Beverly Hills
We arrived at 5am after a birthday party across the street, we checked into the room and got ready for bed that was when we noticed they had placed us behind the elevator shaft. I called the front desk and asked the manager what is this noise and he said Oh, its the elevator shaft room. I said are you fully booked he said no we have several rooms available. I said so why did you give us the room by the elevator and he said I am sorry if you like we can move you to another room. But why would you place us in your worst room if you have better rooms available? He did not have an answer for us. At 8am we were woken up by the noise of Mexican house keepers having conversation in the hallway and after I complained to the front desk manager he just said I am sorry. That is their attitude, poor sorry management that did not do anything to make us feel better so we would come back.
