Very Enjoyable Stay
Front desk staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. During your stay they put a $100/day hold on your account for incidentals (I stayed 3 days and therefore $300 hold). Seeing as I used my debit card, they were very helpful the day I checked out in expediting the process with my bank to get the funds released. New restaurant 'Caulfield's' was spectacular. Great service and great food. ABH was a little subdued when I went, but it was also a Saturday night in December and it was a little cold out. I will stay here again on my next trip to LA.

Excellent design, nice bathroom stuffed with good products. Room service is expensive and food is just average. Good Valet Parking ($30). Excellent concierge. Pool is not meant for kids...

Earplugs Required
The PROS : terrific friendly staff and great Beverly Hills loation. Cool decor. The CONS: I had to buy earplugs the 2nd night as you can hear every sound, and I mean EVERY SOUND of the neighbors. No sheets, needs a comfy chair, small rooms, phone and clock alarm are away from bed on built in desk.Would look elsewhere next time I need a place in Beverly Hills.

Worst Hotel I Ever Stay At
Look Good, Great Location, but you can't get a good night sleep because you can hear everything from people talking in the room next to my. The noise and sound keep on coming as it pickup all the hallway traffic noise and from the outside of hotel as well. If you want don't want to get any sleep at all this is the place to stay.

I Love This Place
This is my 4th or 5th time back at the Thompson and it never disappoints. It's location make it the optimal and affordable option for walking Beverly Hills. The staff is super cool and super friendly. The rooms and rooftop all are decorated with a modern flare. If you're looking for a hip spot, where there is alway something happening look no further.

Fancy
This hotel was very "Fancy"...if you are looking for comfort its not the place to stay. It's somewhere to stay where you can say you stayed in Beverly Hills. There is no Closet other than a small space where you can hang your clothes. The bed sit as low as the floor. The chairs are not something to sit in longer than a few minutes. There is no counter space in the bathroom to place your personal items. All of the hotel staff was very friendly and we had a great stay there.
