Homemade Cafe(sacramento St) 15 mins walkif you love breakfast you gotta try this place...yummy pancakes. Himalayan 3 mins walk if you like indian food...a block from the hotel........Jayakarta (indonesian/singaporean food) University.....a few blocks away 15-20 mins walk

GREAT LOCATION CLOSE TO THE COLLEGE
WAS IN TOWN FOR MY NIECES GRADUATION FROM CAL.THE STAFF WAS COURTEOUS I HAD TO ADD A DAY ON TO MY STAY AND THERE WAS NO PROBLEM WITH GRADUATIONS TAKING PLACE ALL WEEKEND.

A good place to stop & sleep
Rodeway Inn of Berkeley was exactly what we needed for a place to sleep and get up & go the next day. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We got in late and were disappointed with the fact that there were no parking spaces remaining for us on both nights. Not alot of dining choices. The grocery store across the street is very convenient and for a cheap, fast bite to eat, Nations is close by.

Fit our needs
We needed a place to stay in Berkeley so we could attend two graduation events for our daughter. Great location and easy parking (a major plus for Berkeley) and we were allowed to keep our car in the lot for a few hours following checkout. Beds were comfortable, the room was clean and quiet. The refrigerator and microwave oven were nice features.
