Nice hotel.
The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. There were no refrigerators in the rooms (a feature we like) and no free breakfast. The restaurant was a bit expensive, so we didn't try it. We were there for a funeral, so it wasn't the best of trips all around.

Fantastic!
Beginning with the pick up service, every thing was great. We especially liked the in room food service. It was great on all four corners.

Very Convenient Location for Business
A nice quiet room with everything I needed. Excellent location. Close to HWY 99. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location, amenities, and staff!
On a recent family visit to Bakersfield, I chose the 4 Points. The location was great--within walking distance of shopping and restaurants, and the hotel had very nice amenities, such as the huge swimming pool. Family members were even allowed to use the pool while I was there. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only complaint was a lot of noise the day I arrived (in the afternoon). (Evidently there had been a problem in a nearby room.) It was quiet by the time I went to bed and thereafter. Overall, very satisfied!

Taj Mahal Indian cuisine. For a vegetarian, like me, there was a good selection. Waiter steered me away from entre made with frozen vegetables to one made with fresh, so be sure to ask. Reasonable prices, too!

Good Place Great Value
Hotel staff was very nice, and hotel was very well maintained. Everything was neat and clean. The only small issues I had were the noise in the room and the blackout curtains. The room doors sounded like they were hollow inside, as you can hear what seemed to be every sound in the hallway. Doors closing and people talking sounded like they were in your room. This was only a problem in the morning, it didn't bother me too much at other times. The blackout curtains had a sizable gap where the two sides met, letting a lot of light in. Those being my only complaints, I'd definitely stay here again, especially for the price. Highly recommend.

Family get together
Hotel was ok but I was there for 4 day's and three nights and they had checked me out after 1 night and I couldn't get in room. Then the second night I was locked out of room again. I had to get back in the car and drive around to the front of the property and park because their vans had the entrance to the lobby blocked both nights and have my room key redone. It was not a good thing. It did have free internet but being locked out twice was not good. I don't think I would stay there again.

Good location to meet family and friends
Invited family members to have dinner with us at the Bistro Restaurant. Good menu, excellent service. Our room was ready when we checked in about noon. The room was cleaner and well prepared.
