Great Value!
My sister and I had to attend a Mary Kay Cosmetics conference. We were pleasantly surprised with the Best Western Plus Hill House. The rooms were more than we expected for the price and loved the fact staff had given us plenty of towels. Also this location is within walking distance to the Mexicali Mexican Restaurant which was excellent. It is right across the street from the Rabobank Convention Center very convenient. Also very quiet so we had a good nights sleep before our early morning convention.

Mexicali Mexican Restaurant is sooo cute, quaint little bar, and great Mexican food! Very popular on a Friday night so there is a little wait.

Great for a Senior Citizen
I was given a handicapped room and it was very nice and helpful. Had my little toy poodle with me and they accomodated her although they do charge for the dog and extra for the handicap room. But it was worth it. Thanks.

Ice skating,swimming and movie house as well as civic center, library and courthouse. Also a smaoll dog park that was pretty and convenient.

Best Western
What I loved most was that there is a place to walk along side the canal that flows through the property, shaded and well-kept. Even though the surrounding streets weren't great for walking, the canal walk was wonderful! Breakfast hours might have been extended to 10am...we missed breakfast because we were there to catch up on sleep!

Lovely hotel, reasonably priced
The Best Western Hill House is conveniently located and a lovely notel, especially for the price. The room was well appointed and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. They're working on the restaurant so that wasn't available, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. This would be an especially good place to stay if you're attending a conference at the Convention Center as it is very conveniently located.

Very comfortable room
The Best Western Hill House is a well kept property. The staff was very courteous and downright helpful. The pool area was very clean as was the room. The only downfall was the fact that we were very hungry and looking for a quick meal and the restaurant was closed.
