DISSATISFIED MOM
Not comfortable at all
First of all, the man at the front was not friendly at all. He yelled at me and made me feel bad. He would not turn on hot tub because we purchased a room with one in it. It was only big enough for 1 not all three of us that is why we wanted to get in that one. It seemed like he felt bothered any time we needed anything. The washers and dryers were good priced but did not clean clothes well and had to dry twice. Didn't want anyone in pool or hot tub...isn't that included in price? The woman was very nice but the man was rude and not personable at all. Also, not in a nice neighborhood. Be careful when staying here. I would not recommend it to anyone. The room was nice but that is all that I enjoyed at this establishment. The frequent trains during the night and workers in the morning made it difficult to sleep well at all. Needless to say, we left early as we were awaken by these noises.

[...] The room was clean. Soap dispenser in shower was empty, tissue dispenser had three tissues. A trucking company next door with a truck parked 30 feet from window of our room had noisy reefer unit running all night. Insist on even numbered room as they are on the side opposite the trucks.

the good and the bad
the room was a great size for the three of us the bed was perfect execpt that we found food in the sheets from whoever was there before us so they didnt change the sheets. Which was very sad because when we walked in it was very nice for being an older hotel and for the price

H2O skiing mama
Good motel when you have pets
We were there for the Collegiate Water Skiing Nationals. Would have liked to have had a coffee maker in the room. When asked for an extra pillow, the staff just threw the pillow into our room with a mean face. Very uncomfortable situation.
