Staybridge Suites ANAHEIM-RESORT AREA

Hotel was close to Disneyland. Staff gave good recommendations for having a great Disneyland experience. The hot breakfast in the morning was great, enjoyed the swimming pool and will stay at this vacation hotel again.

We stayed at this hotel during our visit to Disneyland. The best part of our stay was the complimentary breakfast (saves you a lot of time and money). Rooms are spacious and the kitchen is complete. I think the rooms could be a little bit more clean. Our tub was never cleaned while we stayed there and we were three adults and 2 children staying in a one bedroom suite, so the tub did get somewhat nasty at the end of the trip and I had to clean it. It is not walking distance from the park so you do need a car (which we were planning on renting anyway). All in all, it was a good place to stay at a good price, not the best hotel I've stayed in, though!

We stayed at the Staybridge for 8 days. Considering the other hotels in the area, this hotel offers much more for less money. Other hotels charge for parking and do not provide breakfast. This hotel has free parking, free guest laundry, and a great complimentary breakfast buffet as well as great complimentary food and drink Tuesday-Thursday evenings. We even had a little problem with our tub drain... fixed within 15 minutes of calling the front desk! The kitchen in the suite is great and includes the necessary dishes, silverware, pots and pans - all like new! Having a full sized refrigerator and microwave oven came in handy throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Anaheim. Our friends stayed at the same time at one of the local convention hotels and paid $75 more per night and had to pay for parking and they received nothing more than a bedroom and bath. Staybridge is a great value!

Truly the only negative I have about this hotel is the housekeeping. Daily they only make the beds and replace towels and it shows. The furniture and carpets have stains and "paw prints." If you are not out of your room as they pass by they will not return to even make the beds and towels. Otherwise its a good size suite for the money missing only an oven. Great location with proximity to Disney but easy access to all LA sights. Helps to have free laundry and the continental breakfast works. Other than housekeeping the staff was great. Free parking and Wi-Fi alos which is effectively a must for us.

Everything was fine at the hotel, It was the behavior of the other guests that I could not believe. Durning the morning feed rush it was worth your life if you got between them and the food. I heard one parent tell her kids to go pile up thier plate with food because it was going to close soon and they wanted to get thier money's worth. This was after the kid said that they could not eat anything else. The parents would also open the door of the room and just let the kids run around the hotel like the whole place was thier home. My kids were 13 and 16 and they asked me if it was safe for little kids to be running around the hotel out of site of thier parents.

we were visiting disneyland, the hotel was great the walk was a little long we will buy a shuttle pass next time. we loved the breakfast and their movies were free! No commplaints loved it thank you

Staybrige please keep your free hamburgers and free breakfast ..... please just give your guests a clean bug free room!!!! We stayed at this hotel while visiting Dinseyland. Room 518. The hotel lobby, pool etc were fine for a medium grade hotel. The room was very worn and tired. This was our first impression of the property. While getting settled in the room my Sister and I both agreed the room could have been cleaner. She owns a cleaning company so she does have high standards, but this was pretty obvious stuff. Dusty lampshades, the interior doors near the handles and trim were defintely not clean, stuff like that. Because we were traveling with children, we had anitbacterial wipes w/ us so we quickly wiped down the surfaces and door handles in the hotel room. Our thoughts at that time were 'We wont be in the room very much anyway, so oh well'. I was in store for a surprise though..... After the first night , while at Disneyland, I noticed a few bites on my arm. I thought maybe a mosqiuto or something had bitten me. However, upon waking up after the second night at the hotel, I was sure it was the hotel bed. I immediatly noticed many, many more red bites all over my arms, chest, back,etc. I could not believe my eyes! I had never seen anything like it! We showed an employee at the front desk my bites (the manager was not avaliable) and she offered to send maintence up to our room or move us to another room. Please send maintence!! We checked back later in the day to see if maintence had been to the room and were told maintence had been to the room and nothing was found.... Thanks a lot!!! The employee seemed very uninterested and said, 'maybe its an allergic reaction' The hotel has since directed us to their insurance company and we are very dissatisfied w/ the whole experience.

The staff was great at providing information. The room worked out well for our family of 4. Not the best breakfast but had enough variety we all found something to start the day.

this hotel was our station for LA , San diego and Disney....good location , 10 min from Disney , 1.5 hour (with traffic) to LA , and 1.5 hour to San Diego....free parking , can buy tickets to Disney , wireless is free but slow!! free printer , laundry is free , the room is nice , clean but can be better
