Sheraton Anaheim Hotel

The hotel was good. The big issue was air-conditioning that didn't worked properly. The AC never went below 78 degrees and did tell the front desk but I guess they forget or ignored . The TV should be mounted and not infront of the mirror. Location was great and staff was helpful.

I wanted to stay at a hotel close to disneyland that was comfortable and clean. It was exactly what I was looking for. The rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable. The shuttle goes to and from disneyland every half hour. I didnt try the food or drinks but I would definitely stay here again.

Well, the only reason I booked this hotel is because it said it was "right across the street" from Disneyland. Well I've stayed right across the street and this is certainly not it. In reality it's a 20 minute walk. I brought this up to the manager when I checked in and she actually argued with me! Being a former hotel manager myself, I was in disbelief. So we bit the bullet and ended up staying there since I couldnt even get a refund anyways. We get into the room and it hasnt been updated since 1963 and there were stains all over the carpet. Also a "pillowtop" mattress was advertised and there was no such thing, I felt every spring all night long. Please take advice from me and stay at the REAL resorts, close to the park, they are definately worth the money!!!!

Nice hotel, easy check in. Noticed room minamally clean. Poor plumbing, called the front desk for poor drainage. Maintenance showed promptly and corrected problem, however left toilet water all over bathroom. Upon returning late in the evening found that the remote did not work for the TV. Again a quick response but with no result. We were asked if we wanted to change rooms, but who wants to change rooms at midnight. The TV was exchanged the next day. Breakfast was not great. Overall the staff was excellent but the room was not. The staff was also very quick to apologize as if this happens frequently. Shuttle service to local attraction was excellent.

This hotel has seen better days. Hallway carpet and painting seem worn out. The in room att wifi was highly unreliable and the hotel does not have qualified IT personnel to deal with it. The hotel staff refers guests to the att voicemail system. That process was ineffective. On the positive side, the hotel refunded the internet fee. For business travelers, this hotel does not seem competitive.

I was very pleasantly surprised to arrive and find my 2 bed room was a Jr Suite! The only things I could suggest for a better stay would be a mirror (floor length if possible especially in the very large walk-in closet) and maybe a warning that a voucher would be necessary to present. I had to pay the hotel computer usage time and print costs to print one out in the lobby but other than that, I am very satisfied with the room, the stay, and the helpful staff!

Definitely an awesome hotel if you are looking to go to the Disney parks or even just stroll and have a nice dinner at Downtown Disney. Their shuttle service is amazing (only picks up and drops off their hotel guest, you don't have to make 3 stops in order to get to yours), very good room for the price, good pool and spa and they are always so friendly!

It was a good hotel. The staff was courteous. A few problems though. I rented a car and the Sheraton charges 10 dollars a day to keep your vehicle in their parking lot. The room I got was very nice with a flat screen but my sister's room had a super old tv and VERY old furniture. That was kind of depressing and seemed common. I heard people comparing rooms as they visited each other. It's hit or miss. The hotel also attracts a lot of familiee due to Disneyland so it can get noisy but that's par for the course.

We visited Family and Disneyland. The hotel room was awesome. Great size, lots of room and everything was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.
