I got this hotel super cheap and I read many reviews and felt that I did get more than i was expecting; The location is truly excellent for the price point. Its not a far walk to the park, alot closer than any other economic hotel I have stayed at. The continental breakfast was fabulous and free :) We didnt try the pool. The grounds were well kept. The rooms were definately small and in need of minor repairs but we didnt spend much time in them anyways. No major issues. Overall no disappointment at all, infact a little surprised, in a good way!

Basic and simple
The hotel is old and rooms are old. There is only one person to check people in, check them out and answer phones. It takes a long time to check in or out.

Not as close a walk as it seems
You get what you pay for. This is one of the cheapest hotels I could find near Disneyland that didn't require driving/shuttle. However, the walk itself is relatively far (about 15 minutes walk to the front of the park). It doesn't sound like much, but when you walk the entire day, it takes a toll on your feet. I couldn't find any markets or places to get bottled waters. The cheapest place I found water was the vending machine in the hotel for $2.00 a bottle! Luckily, my brother came to visit and he picked up a case from the market before he arrived, which cost about $5.00. I suggest you stop off at a market and buying some water before settling in. The hotel does include a continental breakfast, that was rather subpar. There are 3 generic cereals, toast, donuts, and juice/coffee. They do have hard boiled eggs, but the emphasis is on hard, because these eggs are hard and rubbery, as if they left them in the boiling water overnight! Do NOT stay at this hotel to save money on free breakfast. It is not worth it, and you will find yourself buying a better elsewhere. There isn't much to say about the room. It felt dirty, and it was dirty (there was a "white stain" on the blanket). They do have a microwave and refrigerator, so that's a plus. A positive note is the extremely helpful and friendly staff. The check-in isn't till 3, but they were able to help us out and find us accomadiations when we arrived at 1:00. Check out was a breeze, and the parking is only $1. If it wasn't for the terrific staff, this hotel would get 1 star from me.

Short walk from hotel
Do NOT choose this hotel just to save some money on the free continental breakfast. My girlfriend and I stayed 3 nights. We ate the free breakfast once (it sucked) and we coughed up the money for a decent breakfast elsewhere.

1,137 footsteps
We booked this hotel as part of a package through a travel website. This hotel seemed to be the closest available to the Disneyland Parks. We took a chance and was impressed by their friendly customer service. The continental breakfast was your basic cereal, juice, pastries and waffles. The accommodations were standard nothing out of the ordinary. I would stay here again, however they advertise that they are "located across from Disneyland Park". While that is a true statement, they don't mention that there is also restaurants, parking lot and another hotel between them and Disney that you have to walk around to get to the park. Walking distance was 1,137 footsteps from the hotel to the maingate. We thought we would count!

Not so good for the price
Rooms are very small. Breakfast is not so good and on top of it, air conditioner does not work as it should. Well the only plus point about this hotel is that it is close to disneyland.

Great Deal, Great Hotel!
This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel for a Disneyland vacation and I would definitely return in the future. The prices are great and the location is just minutes away from the parks! On arrival, I was greeted by very friendly staff members who were prefessional and attentive while handling multiple customers both in person and on the phone. Even though I got there early in the morning, they still managed to find an available room and got me set up quickly so I could begin my adventures as soon as possible. The continental breakfast provided by the hotel is also above and beyond what you would expect in the price range. Along with standard cereal and donuts, there is also a toaster with different bread options and a do-it-yourself waffle maker which can make that morning meal a fun experience as well as a great start to the day! For me, I'm looking to spend as much time in the parks as I can while on my vacation, and this hotel provides everything I could possibly want to keep myself rested and refreshed during my visit. Combine that with excellent service and you have a winning combination that is hard to top!
