Quaint Home Away from Home
I've never stayed here before, but it seemed more like an apartment complex. Koi pond right outside our room and some rooms had private garden. Our room was like a furnished studio apartment complete with small oven, refrigerator, sink, dishes & utensils - there was even ice in the freezer. Nice BBQ grill outside available for use as well. I will definately go back - only 4 miles from Disney and saved $$ on having to buy meals in or out of the park.

Not so good
Not exactly what I expected. Needs some major upgrades and actually just some basic upkeep. Mold in the bathroom and kitchen sink was filthy. The remote for the tv did not work. It smelled musty and was very dusty as well. Could be a cute place to stay......the owners/staff .need to really look at their hotel from an outsiders perspective. Would they be satisfied with their stay?

Wonderful Stay
We had a great time at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and beautiful! I couldn't believe they supplied not only a refrigerator, but also cooking appliances, pots, pans, silverware and dishes! The look was amazing as well, warm dark wood with natural greens and tans. Even the shower was great - most hotels have poor water pressure and cold water - this hotel had a great shower!! Always hot water, and great pressure. We loved the Lemon Tree Hotel, and will recommend it to all of our friends.

Short drive from hotel
Try Stewart's Coffee Shop just a few blocks away - they have great breakfast for ridiculously low prices. We were able to get full breakfast meals for $5 a pop! Keep in mind its cash only.

Like a Home away from Home
This was a very unique hotel. The rooms, of all different sizes, were very large, spacious, extremely comfortable, plenty of pillows and linens, and really clean. It was quiet and quaint, with fountains and lots of well kept greenery. I will always return for a stay here anytime I am in the area even if I am 15-20 miles out. It was as close to perfect as it could be. I will always recommend to family and friends that they stay there. Thank you.

Almost a Boutique Experience
Stayed in the studio apartment section, which has a very nice small patio out front. The tile floors are a nice touch, but found them in need of a good mopping. The rooms are in average condition. Free continental breakfast is available. Convenient to the 91 Fwy and the 57 Fwy, and local shopping area. Outdoor BBQ area and a nice water feature.

Disneyland
The front desk person, the room and location all worked out perfect for us. I noticed a little mold in the bathroom above the shower but other than that everything was awesome. I think you guys need a bigger sign to your driveway. It's hard to see

Cute Cottage-like Atmosphere
Overall, my Boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at Lemon Tree. However, the pictures on the website look a lot better than in person and don't expect some top rated hotel (sheets have occasional holes + found two bugs around the lamp) but the rooms are very cozy and comfy looking. Plus, the room with the "kitchenette" comes with a ton of amenities, including a frige, microwave, toaster oven, etc. We also really enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Overall, we thought that it was a great price.
