Disneyland is really close and it is good to stay at a nice hotel while going to the park.

needs to be better for the cost
it was very average for the cost i would expect more. For 15 dollars more per night i could had stayed at a better place.

Priority Club means nothing.....
Every year my family and I stay here, and over the years it seems to be getting worse for the dollar amount. We will always stay here, because of location, but it seems they have started to lack on customer service. We've just completed our stay, and as a Priority Club member, I would have thought of better treatment than across from the "dinging" of an elevator all night and looking out a window of "dirt digging" trucks building an freeway at 6am! Love your hotel, over priced and lacking customer service, pick it up, words from a loyal customer.

3 Day Disneyland Trip
Stayed here for 3 day trip to disneyland. Checked in at midnight and staff was there waiting to help me. Not walking distance to disneyland, but ART shuttle picks you up right at the door which was nice. Only complaint is I wish there was a microwave in the hotel room. It was nice to have a fridge and coffee maker.

Thehotel was nice, unfortunately I got woken up at 7 am due to some construction, I called the manager and she offered to give me a free night that can be used in the future.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Great Customer Service, Friendly Staff! I think it would be a great idea if ALL hotles put signs on the doors that read "Please Don't Let Your Door SLAM Shut. It wakes up sleeping guest!"
