Greenwood Suites Anaheim Resort

Hotel did not honor the confirmed room choice booked, i.e., rather than non-smoking with one queen bed, they only had smoking with two double beds. We requested housekeeping on day 2, presuming they would replenish the coffee and linens, but no coffee and not enough linens.

The hotel is more like 40 minutes walk to disneyland. carpet is dirty, my bare foot turned black walking in the room. The queen sized bed is like a full size, very tight space for two. The staff spoke 20 minutes of spanish while I was waiting to check in. Do yourself a favor find a different hotel. Warning to parents, no crib whats so ever.

Got the feel of our upcoming experience the moment we stepped in. There was a family of 5 (an infant among three kids) and was being given absolutely rough time by the "so called' manager. It was not a very plesant experience at all. Well, nothing much to write about our own experience - stuffy rooms, torn towels........ absolute rubbish.

Hotel was O.K. it they dont have a pool and the jacuzzi is they have is very tiny...but it was o.k.

Was a pretty standard hotel. They messed up my reservation and had to correct it. The elevator kept messing up so I took the stairs any time i left the hotel. The bed, the room, and bathroom was typical. Overall if you dont plan on spending the whole time in the room. It was fine. The was no one at the desk prior to 6 a.m. so if you are checking out early, dont expect to get any help. I'm self sufficient so it was a place to sleep and thats all i wanted it for. At least the room was clean.

No frills but it was clean and newly renovated. For the price it was great! A nice way to stay close to Disneyland and have a kitchen so that you didn't need to eat out every meal. I would stay there again!

Was hoping for a break from the stress and heard good things about Greenwood Suites. It turned out more uncomfortable than I thought it would be. The clerk that checked us in was a little less than friendly to start out. The room was dusty and there were several places on the carpet that had obviously been missed by the vacuum. There was a coffee maker but no coffee, no creamer. The remote was held together with paper and superglue. The bed was comfortable but it was no where near worth the nearly $80 I paid

We went to Disneyland when we first got there the guy at the desk was rude. First he told me parking was $8 for 2 days then told me the total for parking was $16. Then made me pay cash because he can't charge anything less then $20 on a credit card....really! And they have no ice machine because the fridge in your room has a ice maker..well i guess we got the one room where the ice maker didn't work and the woman I called at the front desk was just like ohhh well it should work....Again really well I should have ice too but I don't seem to have it because guess what the ice maker DOES NOT WORK!

The attendant was very rude. I was informed by him that there was a $4 "resort" fee, and a $4 "parking" fee.[...]

I would NEVER stay here again. We chose this place for the kitchenette (w/fridge) The ice maker in the fridge was broken and no ice on premises. Toilet flushed when and if it wanted to. Electric socket in kitchen didn't work so we had to make coffee on the table. Stingy with supplies, you could go to the desk for fresh towels. After the first day I called the front desk to inguire as to why our room had not been cleaned and was informed that the maid service was only provided every 3 days (I had no idea) Only one member of the staff, a lady, was at all friendly and helpful. We found ladies hair ties on the floor- Nasty...A horriable experience for our first trip to Disneyland in 10 years!!
