Great Amenities, but place needs a good cleaning
There was some confusion at checkin & we never got the King bed requested, given 2 doubles instead, told they were sold out & there was no compensation offered. The Managers reception was great with the complimentary drinks & breakfast had a nice selection, but the mold in the bathroom was not acceptable. Also when we walked around downstairs we noticed spiderwebs all over the gazebo, while the room appeared to be clean these other concerns made you feel a little dirty. So between having to sleep in seperate beds, unhealthy mold in the room & insects in the common areas, we will not be staying here again.

Hotel experience
great hotel for the price. Awesome breakfast n nice staff only drawback is the distance from Disneyland. Rooms were good size but no free Internet hotels need to provide this for free. It doesnt cost them extra!!! Will stay here again

Couldn't be better
Pros: price, complimentary breakfast was great I was stunned. Room was good not to mention fridge and microwave. Staff is friendly and happy to help. Would definately stay here again. Cons: distance to Disneyland if thats your destination, I don't mind the drive. I know a room across from Disney would be double the price with a standard room. Comforter looked old and dirty

My Stay While Return So CA
My stay at the hotel was awesome as usual,our room was pretty good,the people were nice and my Mother and I enjoyed the continental breakfast. I've stayed at this hotel before when my townhome was being sprayed by termite company in 1/200 which is right down the street about 1 mile. I had to come home in November to get the rest of my personal items from my townhome,so my Mother and I stayed at the hotel. I would stay at this Embassy Suite again or any others and would recommend this hotel to friends and co-workers.

Great as always!!
This hotel was great for our 3 day Disneyland trip!! Hotel offered a shuttle that runs every hour and cost $3 per person for unlimmited day use. Warning: rooms were cleaned on the 4th day of our stay. However, when we needed more towels etc all we had to do was call houskeeping and they brought them up!!

Great Vacation... Will be back!
We went to Anaheim to spend Halloween at Disneyland. The staff at the hotel from the front desk to housekeeping was very courteous and helpful. It was our first time here but the second hotel on this trip. We definitely loved the layout of this hotel room, the handicap accessible features of the room. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was definitely great since it was cooked to order. I am hoping to plan another family trip to Anaheim again and plan to stay at this hotel, no doubt.
