A perfect resting spot
The room was huge. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was clean and the decor was nice. Travel company did NOT mention the resort fee and I was surprised by it when I checked in: $5.99 per night. The staff was not friendly, but they were not rude. Their internet was fast and they had 100 channels. I would stay there again without question.

Great hotel, good location, great price.
The hotel is located right on the OCTA and ART bus routes. That makes it easy to get to any destination in Orange County. The pool is nice, the hot tub as well. The one thing that needed improvement was the continental breakfast. It was only toast, donuts, luke warm orange juice and lemonade, and horrible coffee. We thought we would save ourselves from having to purchase one meal a day, but it definitely wasn't enough. Just adding various cereals and milk would go a long way.

A pleasent suprise.
I book this hotel without really looking at any reviews about it. Just before I left for my trip, I finally decided to check it out. I found nothing but bad reviews so that really started to scare me... But once I got there, I was pleasantly surprised... Yes the hotel is old and it does show its age, but it was a comfortable stay... The room was clean... The bed and pillows were super comfy... The staff was fantastic... I interacted with 3 employees and they were all fantastic. Everything I needed they helped me get in record time... My only complaint is the noise... I just had the bad luck of getting extremely noisy neighbors... The walls are thin so that really didn't help.

Money-saving tip:
In Hotel
Utilize the Anaheim Resort Transit shuttle. It's 4 dollars for an all day pass. Goes everywhere in the Disney area... Convention Center, Disney, Malls, everywhere... Always on time and runs super early to super late.

extra fees
Nice rooms but was not told of an extra "resort fee" that was due on arrival, or of the additional charge on my credit card for "incidentals." Just something I feel should have been noted up front. The staff was rude about it.

Disney 09 Trip
I enjoyed my stay at the Ecnolodge.Great price. The room was very clean and seemed as though it were brand new. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was super close to Disneyland, which was nice. The only downside is that the parking was a bit difficult(spaces were small and not much room to maneuver around). Even with that I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay

Comfy beds but lots of bugs....
The hotel staff was great until we actually had a problem. Shortly ater getting into the room and getting settled we found 3 or 4 bugs in the bathroom and in the bedroom. I called front desk and asked them to move us or take care of it and they said that they'd give us a call back in 5 minutes. THEY NEVER DID!! Our problem was never dealt with and that made me think that didn't give a care. The next day we found more bugs in the room! We'll never stay there again!

"A satisfying experience"
The lobby staff, both at check in and check out were friendly, helful and courtious. Continental Breakfast consisted of only toast and muffins with a choice of orange juice or coffee. I would have liked a bigger selection. Rooms were clean shower size was awsome! Overall was happy with our stay.
