free internet would have made the stay excellent. I love the options for cooking (did not use this time). No nonsense place to stay. Suits my style. Needed warning that there is no shampoo.

I can't say I've ever been so displeased by a hotel...ever. First thing we noticed when we walked into the room were long black hairs EVERYWHERE. Including on the "clean" towels. Along with the hairs, the towels had yellow stains, and makeup from the previous users. The comforters also had mysterious yellow stains on them. (FYI, there is no daily maid service...our room wasn't cleaned once.) The TV didn't work at all (the power button was lodged into the casing), and when I brought this up to the staff at the front desk, their response was "Oh, well most of the TVs are like that," like that was some sort of explanation. Sadly, none of this even compares to the worst incident. That happened late into the evening the first night, when we were all settling into bed, and a family unlocked OUR door and walked into OUR room. The lady downstairs had given them OUR key. Their lack of attention to detail had us all appalled for the entire stay. I do not recommend the ESA to anyone.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. I thought ESA was primarily for corporate professionals, however, most of the patrons looked shady and dirty. The rooms were so filthy we could not walk around without shoes or touch anything without a towel. We would have stayed somewhere else if we hadn't paid for hotel in advance and were not in a tight schedule. Staff was very unprofessional and they were not around when we needed them. Additionally, it smelled horrible. One night someone was cooking fish and the smell literally penetrated through all the floors and walls. This place, in one word, was disgusting!

I was there coz we were celebrating my birthday at the Heat Ultra Lounge right accross the street. Didint' wanna drive home drunk, so we planned to rent a hotel. Asked for a hair dryer, there was none available, asked for a beer bottle opener, none in the kitchen and asked downstairs...didn't have any. i thought something simple like that would be built in to the kitchen. i'd say the stay was ok, it could have been more memorable, but for the value, I would go back. :)

i would not recommend this hotel to any one...thers nothing good to say about this hotel...im very disappointed about the service...no room service unless u stay there for more than 3 days....if u need any thing more u have to take the used one inorder to get replacement..our blankets had holes in em... pillows had stains...every thing looked dirty...motel 6 down the street provides way better service

ask for two queens and got one the wife and kids sleep on the floor i did not like that !

Hotel was nice. I liked the accomodations. Bed was a little to firm. Not a top of the line Hotel, but i wasn't looking for one. Good location and good price.
