Very nice hotel
We took our 2 1/2 year old for his first disney visit. Booked the Paradise Pier as the other disney resorts were far too expensive for one night. The room was fine, bed not comfortable and squeaked everytime you moved. But the staff was extremely friendly and very helpful with everything. I would definitely stay again, just hope their beds are a bit more comfortable next time.

great view
what a fun place Disney is. The food was aBIToverpriced and selection was somewhat limited, but what do you expect when you are right next to the happiest place on earth. If you get an even room you can watch the World of Color every night which is rally nice but I'm not sure it is worth $45.00 a night even though you get to watch as one of the rides has a problem and people have to crawl off the ride from the highest part. The pool is very nice and so is the water slide. The staff is very friendly and helpful and fun. I might stay here again but I think I would like to try The Disneyland Hotel first to have a different experience. Overall quite a fun time and all requests were taken care of in a professional and very friendly manner, I had quite a bit of fun with the staff And I would recommend it to friends because of the price just don't go for room service, WAY OVER PRICED wz

Paradise pier
Farthest of the three Disney hotels. It's an extra 1/4 mile walk. Worth the savings if you don't mind a little more walking.

We had a great experience at the Paradise Pier!! From the first encounter with Valet parking (special thanks to Robert) to the last - everyone was more than pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and easy access to the park. The early morning park entry was a nice bonus! We will definately stay in the park again!

Great for family
My family only stayed for only one night but everything from check in to check out went smoothly. Wish we could have stayed longer. The early entry into the Disney park really made the whole day a lot nicer at a less hectic pace.

Our first family Disneyland Adventure
The main reason we booked at a Disneyland Hotel is to take advantage of the early entry each day. The entry and exit to California Adventures was really handy, but we wish there was an easier way to get into Disneyland. You can take the monorail, but it takes a while to get into Disney and it does not even start processing the line until the park is open so it is faster to just enter through the main gates. We missed the breakfast that we usually have in other hotels. The pool was nice and warm, so the kids loved swimming after a long day at Disneyland.

We found that eating in the park cost about the same as any neighboring restaurants and a lot more convenient. The fridge in the hotel is small and does not hold much, and there is no microwave, so plan to eat out most of the time.

Paradise Pier Hotel - Anaheim CA
Will definitely stay here again! My family and I have now stayed at all three of the Disneyland Resort Hotels (Disney's Grand Californian Hotel and Spa, The Disneyland Hotel and Paradise Pier Hotel), and we really enjoyed our stay at the Paradise Pier! The room was clean and fresh, decorated in a beach theme complete with adorable beach ball accent pillows! We arrived two hours before the hotel's check-in time but our room was ready and we were able to check in immediately. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The only negative thing I can say is we could hear traffic noise but it wasn't so loud that it kept us awake at night. All in all, Paradise Pier is a nice place to stay. Great atmosphere and a short walk to Downtown Disney, Disneyland and California Adventure.

Whirlwind Weekend
My boyfriend and I had just a couple of days and a limited budget to use at his first trip to Disneyland, so I hoped we'd be able to stay at a Disney Resort hotel! The prices for Paradise Pier are a little steep, but the hotel is clean and in good condition, and the service provided was helpful and kind. We really didn't spend much time in the hotel, but as one who is quite OCD about cleanliness and comfort, I was very pleased. Our twelfth floor room overlooked the California Adventure park and was fantastic-- I was thrilled. We also enjoyed the quality and scent of the hotel's bath products, as well as the comfy beds. Although we didn't even step foot into the fitness center, dip a toe in the pool, or eat or drink at the restaurants and bar, I'm sure that others spending more time at the Disney Resort, and especially families with children, would enjoy those amenities. The convenience of being right there at the parks was probably the best part, and a fantastic view of the twinkling lights of California Adventure at the end of each night as we collapsed into bed made the entire stay completely magical.

Great location, best resort deal
While you pay more to stay at one of the Disneyland resort hotels, the location is worth some extra money. Paradise Pier is a nice, clean Disney hotel that provides easy access to Downtown Disney and the parks without paying the really high cost of the other hotels. The only down side is that the rooms always seem to be ready late (3pm checkin) and each time I have signed up to get text or voicemail alert notifying me the room is available, it is never sent. However, once in the room, it's a great place to stay and we have been multiple repeat customers.

Short walk from hotel
