Great location, noisy rooms
This hotel is in a great location for walking to Disneyland. Rooms were clean but very noisy. Had a nice park view however we heard everything that was happening below from cars driving by to people yelling below and we were on the 11th floor. Was also irritated that we had to pay an extra $15 to park at the hotel. Thought that should be included since this hotel was a little pricey. Would probably try another hotel next time due to price and noise.

Easy Going Family Fantasy
Our little two day vacation with my daughter, her husband, her two and a half year old and 4 month old baby was great on every level. We had connecting rooms that were clean and so convenient. We had breakfast in your hotel twice and my granddaughter just went crazy over Mickie, Minnie, Pluto and Stitch. She was so excited that the characters were there and she could keep going up to them and hug them that she couldn't eat. We could barely get her away to go to Disneyland. The only thing that could have made the trip better, was to have a longer trip. Thank you.

The character breakfast provided more entertainment than breakfast for our two and a half year old. And the food was pretty good. She just could not get enough of the characters since they were so close and personal.

Great family stay
The staff were extremely helpful whenever we had any type of question. Check-in was fast. If you arrive at 8am, you can pre-register at the front desk and they'll phone or text you when your room is ready! Their pool was closed for maintenance, so Paradise Pier guests were allowed access to Disneyland hotel's pool area. It's a cold, six-minute walk back to the hotel, but I think the kids still had a great time.

If you don't want to spend $25/adult to take your kids to a character breakfast, Rain Forest cafe offers breakfast! It's a short walk from Paradies Pier.

Pricey But Worth It!
We checked in late and went straight to check in. The extremely friendly front desk clerk told us we had gotten upgraded to a suite, gave our girls balloons, and handed over a pile of take out menus. Upon arriving at our room we realized it wasn't a suite. I called down to the Front Desk and the gal was sweet as pie about it. Said the girl who checked us in made a mistake. I explained it was no big deal, but we really did need the pull out sofa because there were so many of us. She asked me to hold for 2 minutes and came back saying they would meet us at the door to our new room which had a resort view and pull out sofa plus they were giving us complimentary tickets for Character Breakfast at the PCH Grill. The move was seamless and when we arrived the view was breathtaking. Ordered room service, enjoyed the view, the kids played with their balloons and the pillows shaped like beach balls (fantastic!) until bedtime. The beds were comfortable, the shower nozzle spun around (really cool!), and the room included all kinds of little things that made our stay easier like a laundry basket in the bathroom, a high counter for the coffee so the kids couldn't reach, and a pack-n-play in the closet. Our stay was great, but nothings perfect - everything was expensive ($4 for a coke) and $15 to park, but overall it was worth it.

The cafe in the lobby had less expensive pastry's and drinks than room service. It also had a TV/entertainment area so the kids could watch TV while you eat.

Very nice hotel.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, & the bed was very comfortable. I like lots of pillows so I liked that each bed had 4 pillows. We only had 1 glitch. I went to the front desk to inquire about changing rooms being that ours had an adjoining door which I don't like. The clerk exchanged it with an identical room, so it took 3 trips downstairs to get the room we wanted.

Fan-TAB-U-Lous!!!
I almost cancelled my reservations due to such poor reviews and honestly am so glad that I stayed at this location. I live in Southern CAlifornia and needed special assistance, wheel chair accessibility, and the staff and crew could not have been any more accommodating, helpful or kind. The walk everyone seems to be complaining about is less than a football field to entry to CAlifornia adventure and we all know if you come to Disneyland and CAlifornia Adventure....."wear your walking shoes"! I spent three days wheeling around and it was nothing but fantastic!
